Perfect hotel love

Good

The main entry appears to be an unused window display so we drove around the building twice looking for the actual front door. The clerk at the counter said they get complaints about the difficult to find front entry all the time.

Overall value as well as amenities were exceptional. Road construction was horrible.

Great stay. We will be back!

We had a very nice stay. The swimming pool is beautiful and we spent the afternoon just hanging out at the pool. You can play chess at the pool or corn hole it was just a nice place to stay. we had dinner and breakfast there and the food was very good. We sat in the lobby and played a game and had a few drinks. It was a very relaxing girls weekend

The housekeeping needs work. Check out is at 12pm. At 9am we were still asleep and housekeeping walks right in. Sees us in bed and walks out. 10:30am she walks back in while I’m in the bathroom. Where I told her check out is at 12pm stop barging in our room. I informed the check out desk before I left. She assured me someone would reach out to me. 5 days later, still nothing. So I called the hotel and they told me again someone would reach out. I still have yet to receive a call.

Clean rooms comfortable beds/pillows. Good size outdoor pool. We didn't try the restaurant food. There is free breakfast the menu stated avocado toast pancakes and egg bites. Online it has breakfast from 7-1030am we went down to eat before 10 I asked for scrambled eggs as I had 4 granchildren with me and the kitchen lady said she was too busy and would try to make them ..well she did then the kitchen crew started picking everything up and cleaning around 1015 we didn't enjoy our breakfast to well. Felt rushed. We stayed on 3rd floor and could hear all the stomping from kids above us. Other than that its a nice hotel well lit parking lot.

Very clean nice room. Could use another corner holder in the shower for guest who bring there own shampoo and soap. Shower door keeled water on the floor. Other than that excellent

Check in staff was rude, outlet in bathroom and tv didn’t work until maintenance came the next day and fixed
