The housekeeping needs work. Check out is at 12pm. At 9am we were still asleep and housekeeping walks right in. Sees us in bed and walks out. 10:30am she walks back in while I’m in the bathroom. Where I told her check out is at 12pm stop barging in our room. I informed the check out desk before I left. She assured me someone would reach out to me. 5 days later, still nothing. So I called the hotel and they told me again someone would reach out. I still have yet to receive a call.

Clean rooms comfortable beds/pillows. Good size outdoor pool. We didn't try the restaurant food. There is free breakfast the menu stated avocado toast pancakes and egg bites. Online it has breakfast from 7-1030am we went down to eat before 10 I asked for scrambled eggs as I had 4 granchildren with me and the kitchen lady said she was too busy and would try to make them ..well she did then the kitchen crew started picking everything up and cleaning around 1015 we didn't enjoy our breakfast to well. Felt rushed. We stayed on 3rd floor and could hear all the stomping from kids above us. Other than that its a nice hotel well lit parking lot.

Pool is a saltwater pool but you cant tell, doesnt burn eyes like the ocean salt water very pleasant. They have breakfast with about 4 or 5 items to choose from the kitchen, get their early because they do run out they also have continental breakfast options. They have social hour from 5 to 7 to include cheese and crackers and fruit and 2 adult beverages per room. Nit a large hotel but very nice. Will stay again.

This is NOT A complaint. Just a comment on something that seems otherwise out of character. My only comment would be that the woman at the front desk during the day on Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st (who is a bit older than most of the employees) is very unpleasant and and makes you feel like you’re bothering her showing up. We’ve experienced that with the same woman on two trips now. She was extremely short with my sister, who went out to walk the dog and wanted to let her know there was a dead bird right at the front door. (Probably flew into the door). We are never ever guests that have a lot of needs or ask for a lot. A simple smile would be nice. But she always looks irritated that she has to check you in. I don’t want anyone in trouble and definitely not losing a job. But perhaps a little reminder/encouragement/training so that she knows she’s the first encounter when a guest walks in the door, would be helpful. The hotel is so amazing and everyone is always incredibly friendly, except this one desk clerk. And truly maybe she had a bad day, or didn’t feel well or had something personal going on. If so, I truly hope everything will be okay for her. But if she can’t be at least a little pleasant when a guest walks up to the desk (3 times for us now), then maybe she would be more suited for a non-customer facing role.
