I stayed in this hotel the first week it opened and have always loved it. But, wow, the deferred maintenance is awful - awful. Among other very obvious problems, (1) the bathroom door to the bedroom would not open - it was stuck; (2) the door to the room didn't close unless pushed hard; (3) all the built in furniture was scraped up and damaged; and (4) the air condition in the lobby did not work. It needs a major refresh, and I will not be staying there again until that happens!!

Overall, everything was ok, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was hair in the shower, and there were urine stains on the toilet.

I have had good experiences with other home2 hotels so was hopeful for this one. Do not stay on the first floor! I can’t speak for the other floors but it was dirty dirty. The room we had was at the end of the hall and was in rough shape. The bathroom door was nothing short of a hazard if need not downright dangerous for customers, especially anyone elderly. It could be closed with some effort but almost impossible to open. Also the door to the outside is at the end of that and bangs shut loudly every time someone uses it. Breakfast buffet was decent by this hotel type standard but it’s safe to say we will never be back to this home2 again.

The staff was great; the hotel was clean and quiet. They had no in-room safe. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel.

There was mold in my ac unit vent. Nothing was done about it only sorry we will get someone to look into it. I have requested a partial refund as I am my son are severely asthmatic and I have been with him now dealing with the effects of it.

Location , room and quality of staff! Multiple stray cats around the property and garbage along the fence line.
