The only good things that I can say about the place is that it was reasonably quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower water was nice and hot. Everything else was very bad: cleanliness (cockroaches in the unit, and spots on the "white" linens), use of space (nothing in a space that could have held a table and/or chairs), no iron or ironing board, no microwave, no breakfast, a hole in the back of the bathroom door, peeling paint, rusty hinges. The worst was that I checked out two days early, and the staff didn't answer any calls or emails from Hotwire to approve a partial refund of my payment. DO NOT STAY HERE: the Super 8 next door has to be a better choice (especially since it provides breakfast).

The room was infested with cockroaches and ripped of the smell of urine as I entered the room. The bed wasn't even made; this room should not be rented out to anyone because it is unhealthy.

Did not get the room I booked because they said it was over booked, then the tv was missing a button and had to pull wires out of tv to turn on, then the batteries in the lock died and we had to go get the staff everytime we left to get back in as someone could not change the batteries till Monday after we checked out. Pool was not a pool it was a weed filled dump.

Close to downtown Found an underware behind restroom door , meaning they didn't cleaned properly. Water leaking on floor broads when taking shower, our feet got wet everytime we used the restroom. It was room 125.

Staff was great when you could get to them. I had to stand at the front a few times until someone came to the front. They canceled my room at first cuz i got in late from driving. My AC was leaking for the first day or 2. Roaches were everywhere in my room and i never had warm water in my room. My sheets had holes in them and the key card was giving me issues. they say they have kitchenettes but there’s only a fridge and a microwave like all hotels. The shower also has mold in it. Personally would never stay again and i travel for work and see a lot of bad hotels and good hotels but this was one of the worst ones.

There were bugs in the first room they put me in. There were also bugs in the second room, which wasn’t cleaned. The microwave had crusted food inside and on the door, there were many visible cracks in the paint along the roof and around the door frame.

I mean all in all it was OK might’ve been a couple cockroaches. At least there was no bedbugs and there was a towel hanging up that was not the hotel towel so they might be a little bit more clean and some other things all it was OK.
