I mean all in all it was OK might’ve been a couple cockroaches. At least there was no bedbugs and there was a towel hanging up that was not the hotel towel so they might be a little bit more clean and some other things all it was OK.

WHEN I ARRIVED AFTER DRIVING FOR 2 HOURS I FOUND OUT THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED ON LINE DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!! THE ROOM WE WERE ACCOMADATED WITH HAD AN AC THAT LEAKED WATER ONTO THE FLOOR SO BAD IT GOT ALL OVER OUR BAGS. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND WISH I COULD GET SOME MONEY BACK.

The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we couldn’t even breathe. Nasty stains everywhere. A/C was leaking and literally held up by a car scissor jack. We had to ask for a refund and find a different hotel 5 minutes in. The only “good” thing, was the front desk host was very helpful and willing to refund us and gave us ideas for other hotels last minute.

There was no pool. Also, we had reserved a king with kitchenette and they said it wasn't available. So we go stuck with two qween beds, no pool and no microwave in the room.

The only thing that was good about Studio 6-Waco was the location. I was assigned to a room that was being renovated. It looked HORRIBLE! The room had roaches. those rooms need to be exterminated.

The cost is number one, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and just a nice place to stay
