We saw the roachs very nasty bath tub

Stayed there for month , great place , great staff

Close to downtown Found an underware behind restroom door , meaning they didn't cleaned properly. Water leaking on floor broads when taking shower, our feet got wet everytime we used the restroom. It was room 125.

Staff was great when you could get to them. I had to stand at the front a few times until someone came to the front. They canceled my room at first cuz i got in late from driving. My AC was leaking for the first day or 2. Roaches were everywhere in my room and i never had warm water in my room. My sheets had holes in them and the key card was giving me issues. they say they have kitchenettes but there’s only a fridge and a microwave like all hotels. The shower also has mold in it. Personally would never stay again and i travel for work and see a lot of bad hotels and good hotels but this was one of the worst ones.

There were bugs in the first room they put me in. There were also bugs in the second room, which wasn’t cleaned. The microwave had crusted food inside and on the door, there were many visible cracks in the paint along the roof and around the door frame.

Nothing Shower and sink were dirty. The AC did not work. Bad smell permeated the room. They did not refund when I tried to leave asap.

I mean all in all it was OK might’ve been a couple cockroaches. At least there was no bedbugs and there was a towel hanging up that was not the hotel towel so they might be a little bit more clean and some other things all it was OK.

i didn’t like anything they had bugs and the pool was not up and running because they had trash and plants in there and the shower was dirty and the bed had stains

WHEN I ARRIVED AFTER DRIVING FOR 2 HOURS I FOUND OUT THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED ON LINE DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!! THE ROOM WE WERE ACCOMADATED WITH HAD AN AC THAT LEAKED WATER ONTO THE FLOOR SO BAD IT GOT ALL OVER OUR BAGS. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND WISH I COULD GET SOME MONEY BACK.
