Great Location for visiting my daughter at Baylor!
-
Very nice hotel
-
I made reservations very far in advance only to find when checking in late in the afternoon that the hotel was full and I was given a handicap room. These rooms are geared for wheelchairs and counters are higher, commode seats are higher, no bedside lighting all lighting overhead and bright!!

Location did not seem safe. Across street from the projects. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast items were not good. Had no extra towels; offered pool towels. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Ants by the window seals.

Everything was very nice and the staff wwas very accomodating.

Only breakfast don’t like

No parking that’s for free. They are charging people that check in later more than people that checked in earlier. Not right. 65 per day!! If you get here earlier $55per day. We could park ourselves for $45 per day but that wasn’t available. Nuts. When we came into the hotel they had screaming kids playing basketball right when we walked. It was loud so we couldn’t talk to the staff. My mom almost got hit by the ball & a kid. This was not professional. Not a great start.

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the room had no microwave. Other then that this hotel was excellent and would stay again.
-
Nice property The parking lot didn’t allow for many cars to be viewable from the room windows, the lobby was cluttered with furniture, you couldn’t tell if someone was tending the bar

Do not stay here with your family. The location & neighborhood is extremely sketchy! The second we pulled up to the hotel, a homeless man who was visibly on drugs was knocking on our window asking for money. No way going to your vehicle at night is a safe idea. Our room was gross and was obviously not cleaned/picked up before we got there. The price we paid to stay here was not at all worth the money/stay. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next to us all night long into the early morning. Service desk is essentially non existent. People were being wild in the hallways. Way overpriced and so disappointing for a Marriott. Lesson learned! Check surrounding areas and read reviews before staying.

Good for the price point, bed wasn’t comfortable and hot breakfast wasn’t available on site. Pool area was small, and parking lot was blocked by construction, making navigation difficult. Would stay here again unless I found a hotel with nicer amenities.
-
Room was clean but we were there for three nights and on the evening of day 2 had to request turndown service only to be told that they don’t offer turn down service. They did offer to come in and empty the trash which they did. Just found the lack of turn down service off putting for a 3 night stay.

Pool was being vacuumed while we were in it. Trash in lobby always overflowed. Breakfast for a fee, nothing great.
-
My class ended earlier than expected and I was able to check in a little earlier than expected. The fact that I had to ask about a microwave in my room and breakfast or any other amenities were not explained when I checked in.
-
Friendly and smooth checkin. Room was spotless and the AC cold (just like I like it). The only downsides to the trip were that the elevators are a little slow and the snack area was out of gummy bears! Would book here again!
-
The parking lot was scary- there were people loitering around n the parking lot after dark. It felt very unsafe coming back at night with these people approaching us. The lighting in the room was terrible. There was one small lamp. Otherwise you had to have terribly bright lights on. There was no option for something else. Just if they added some lamps in the room it would make a huge difference. Also charging $3.50 for single bottle of water is insane.
-
Very clean, easy check in, nice decor, outside area nice and clean. Would stay here again. No problems.
