AC Hotel By Marriott Waco Downtown

Location was perfect and all was great except for shower water pressure. I recommend this hotel

Staff was fabulous, breakfast was outstanding, rooms were super clean, beds were oh so comfortable. No problems at all. Such a friendly hotel!!!!!

I’m not sure the women name at the front desk however I ask her what was the cost for late check out . she stated because I was a silver member she would wave the fee however it was never put in the system. I’m assuming it was the manager came and knock on my door for me to check out and shortly my key stop working. This is a new hotel however that kind of ruin the experience with the lack of communication and correctly putting that info in the system

The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful and we were able to get in our room earlier than the standard time. The pool is perfect and temperature controlled. Location is walkable to so many nice places Like Magnolia Silos properties, fantastic bbq, Dr Pepper museum and way more. Very reasonably priced!

The room was great. The staff were helpful,needed a pack and play and the team member helped with getting it together!

Lovely property. The bar and kitchen was excellent in service and food. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. It can get a little confusing to get from parking garage to the lobby but follow the signs. Did not use the pool because it was a bit crowded for my taste but that’s normal for June in Texas. Check in/out was a breeze. Kudos!

Room was cool and clean, mod and cozy, front desk - helpful and kind. Appreciated the good walking distance to downtown eateries and Magnolia Market

The staff at the desk warmly welcomed us and helped us with kindness and professionalism. The room was extremely clean and functional--although I'm not sure why we did not receive housekeeping on Saturday. Convenient by car to Baylor and by walking to a number of downtown venues. We can recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel and for the price you can’t beat it. Only concern I had was the food. Chicken pot pie was extremely greasy and the server had to take it off the bill. Other than that the staff was amazing and I would recommend.

I enjoyed the easy access to Waco well known silos. It was also very easy to check in and loved how nice everyone was. It was very welcoming. I didn’t like that they played a DJ set that was so loud till 10 pm that I was unable to sleep.

Location only. Poor parking, Reserved a room more than a month in advance for King bed. King unavailable on arrival although my reservation clearly states KING BED

Everything was great with exception of a dance party with loud techno music until 10pm. Location was great walking distance to everything we wanted to see. They did give us a complimentary breakfast due to the noise level which was nice. Loud music
