Front desk and Amanda (housekeeping manager) were over the top friendly and helpful. These women are gems- made my stay simply lovely

SUPER close to Magnolia Silos and lots of other things to walk to.

The place feels very new and clean.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. You feel welcome the minute you walk in. The hotel is so clean and the bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The location of the Hotel is another plus.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Every single staff member we spoke to whether it was the front desk checking in, to a housekeeper in the elevator to the bartender (Garrett), everyone seemed to be in the best mood and genuinely happy to welcome you to the hotel. My husband and I have stayed at other boutique hotels in downtown Waco and this visit to AC Hotel will definitely make us a return customer. It is in a great location to the downtown restaurants etc and the silos. The hotel is clean and has a great pool.

Excellent location to the Silos. Easy walking distance to Silos and restaurants. Pretty pool area. Room temp was perfect. Able to park without paying to use parking garage. Great place to stay when visiting the Silos.

Nice all around location. Central location and close to most everything.

The check in process was smooth , the room was clean, and the stay was peaceful.

This is a perfect location for site seeing. Walkabouts to Dr. Pepper museum, silos, magnolia. Short drive to bridge over the Brazas and the long horns, and Texas Rangers museum.

Location was perfect and all was great except for shower water pressure. I recommend this hotel

Staff was fabulous, breakfast was outstanding, rooms were super clean, beds were oh so comfortable. No problems at all. Such a friendly hotel!!!!!

I’m not sure the women name at the front desk however I ask her what was the cost for late check out . she stated because I was a silver member she would wave the fee however it was never put in the system. I’m assuming it was the manager came and knock on my door for me to check out and shortly my key stop working. This is a new hotel however that kind of ruin the experience with the lack of communication and correctly putting that info in the system

The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful and we were able to get in our room earlier than the standard time. The pool is perfect and temperature controlled. Location is walkable to so many nice places Like Magnolia Silos properties, fantastic bbq, Dr Pepper museum and way more. Very reasonably priced!

The room was great. The staff were helpful,needed a pack and play and the team member helped with getting it together!

Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff - Manager and worker were very kind and attentive and gave great customer service. One of best breakfasts have had at a hotel and have traveled and stayed at various places for over 30 years. Nice, bright location overlooking the pool. Clean and spacious breakfast area not overcrowded. Good buffet plus able to order one entree off the menu. NA

Lovely property. The bar and kitchen was excellent in service and food. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. It can get a little confusing to get from parking garage to the lobby but follow the signs. Did not use the pool because it was a bit crowded for my taste but that’s normal for June in Texas. Check in/out was a breeze. Kudos!
