We love this hotel, always our first choice in Waco, TX

Property needs maintenance. Did have good water pressure.

Very large suite with separate living room, which was great with teenagers. The shower was fantastic & beds were comfortable. The location is near the highway, but the noise wasn't bad. Walking distance to Magnolia & the Dr Pepper Museum.

The door is the room was extremely difficult to open and close and made it horrific noise.

Breakfast was good, breakfast attendant was very nice. Location is great! Not walkable though. Too many homeless. I did not feel safe after dark.

Good breakfast and selection. Sat at a Walbly stool table! Entire hotel is very tired and desperately needs updating; painting, furniture, color scheme, bathroom mildew over calling, just very poor disappointing for the Marriott name!!

Bed was uncomfortable

Room was clean. Tv didn't want to work. However, staff fixed within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service.

Desk clerk had the personality of a sign post. The location is extremely noisy! Expect several trains to pass by during your attempt to sleep. Also the loud racing trucks playing loud tejano music on their cars and truck as they race up and down the streets.. The room was acceptable.

The breakfast lady was the rudest lady I have encountered at a hotel.

Situated close to the university and downtown Waco. The hotel is in need of an update and is shabby. The rooms are a good size but spoiled by the dated and worn out appearance.

We would certainly stay there again

The room and location were excellent. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. Ice on my floor?

Air conditioning worked great, room was clean and stocked, staff was great. Location was easy to get in and out, but there is a parking fee of $3/day. Property needs updated (carpet in halls and paint mostly). Breakfast was pretty good also. Could use a pancake or waffle iron.

Mixed visit here. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Everything else, not so much. Rooms are dated and dirty. Walls are thin, so you get a lot of sounds from your neighbors. Shower drained slow so I had to stand in water every time I used it. My room had ceiling damage. Not enough luggage carts for me to use at either checking in or out. There were ants near the hot breakfast, which ran out of some of the food on my last day, but there were ants so I guess it was a blessing in disguise. It's only getting a 2 because the guy at check in was super cool. I guess if I were younger and wanted to get into the nightlife here, it would have been better. Alas, I'm an old lady and just wanted some rest during a business trip. I would avoid this hotel if you are in a similar situation.

Great location to the Foster Pavilion and Magnolia. Great room and very clean!
