Hilton Waco

The staff made great efforts to be sure everyone was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. Once their construction project is complete this will be a great place to stay.

Location and most staff members were nice. No hot water for showers. Pool wasn’t very clean. Took forever to get in door with card. Pretty noisy from traffic outside on highway. Breakfast was limited.

The room was great. They are remodeling and so the lobby and grounds were in the remodeling mode

the Breakfast was in a conference room as so was the dinner and the bar was in a hall way. I'm trying not to complain since the hotel is under constructions, but it would have been nice to be told prior to booking. The Hotel was under constructions and was not made aware of this. The elevator was missing a wall tile and was not cleaned, a kitchen knife was on the floor in one of the elevators for 2 days and may still be there, Our room was nice for the exception that it smelled like raw sewer and we reported it that night and maintenance came up and put a chemical down the drains and by the morning it still smelled so bad we were not able to shower. I did report this when checking out and the front desk said they was discount the room by 50% but have not seen that in my bank account. The only transaction is $272.22 that was taken from our bank account. I booked this room for a short getaway for my husbands birthday and was very disappointed of the outcome. I do hope the Hilton keeps its work and does refund the money as they said they would.

The Waco Hilton is under complete renovation. Our floor was complete but there was furniture and equipment everywhere downstairs. The restaurant and lounge were closed and set up temporarily in a meeting room. The room was fine and the staff addressed the issues we brought up, but don't expect a Hilton experience until the renovation is complete.

Under major construction which would have been nice to know ahead of time!

I could not find the entrance to the hotel because of construction! The hotel should have had a notice on my reservation to change the street entrance on my GPS! I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find my way into the hotel then finally parked, got out of my car and walked to the closed entrance to read the sign on the door with the other street name to come in on!

The location is good and I'm sure it's normally pretty nice, but they are under construction for renovations at the moment, so keep that in mind.

The hotel was under construction which was not noted in their website. The place was covered in gray dust, our room smelled and the noise was loud and distracting. All elevators were covered in grime

Perfect location for what I needed. Understandable but was under construction. I’m sure it will be beautiful.

A wonderful time there. The staff were friendly and great to work with.

Customers should know that before booking. No lobby, dirty elevators, makeshift front desk, check in at 4 pm without any place to sit down. When asked where to sit while waiting for a room they said to go outside on the bench (very cold and raining). Room was fine, clean and comfortable but bed mattresses are sagging on the side that everyone uses; they need to be rotated or turned over or replaced.

Renovating right now but really poor service. ordered room service, never came and no one answered the phone both at room service and the front desk. conditions around the lobby are very dirty.

There was no breakfast despite me being given a breakfast coupon

Great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Property was under renovation/construction.
