The room/bathroom was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It was ok hotel clean

Hotel itself was nice, clean and in a great location. Our problem was the staff and it's ability to provide quality customer service in an adverse situation. They have a great bar/ lounge area and pool, but apparently the bartender called out of work at the last minute (which by their reaction it wasn't the first time) and they weren't able to serve drinks at all. All we were told was "we're really sorry". Being a small business owner I, personally, would have gone out of my way to compensate for one of the strongest amenities you have being unusable. I would also have a back up plan which they clearly didn't. Maybe a manager that could throw together a few cocktails or open a cold beer, but no, nothing. It all boils down to customer service for me and how to react to situations like these and this was a fail for us. Again, hotel itself seemed really nice.

Very nice and clean! New stylish hotel

The customer service was amazing and they even called to let me know that I left something behind when I checked out and asked how I would like to retrieve it. That is something no other hotel has done and I really appreciated that level of service. They also were very accommodating with my schedule. The hotel room was very clean and they did provide housekeeping service daily which is something I look for. The price was fair for the two nights we stayed.

Great place to stay in waco

The staff is very friendly and respectful…like Chick-fil-a trained! The property is clean, rooms are big, and location is awesome. I’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s by far my favorite hotel in Waco.

Great cost effective stop

The room was absolutely clean. The staff super friendly. I didn’t get to get breakfast as I woke up a little late and I didn’t enjoy the bar due to arriving late and tired, but overall the place was excellent definitely a must stay!!!

This was such a nice hotel - I DEFINITELY would stay here again! Super clean and fresh looking, thought it was brand new but found out they've been open 2-1/2 years. Love the room and bathroom size - very well laid out, HUGE shower (which was awesome). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Of course, it helped that it was summertime so Waco wasn't overflowing with students, etc. Highly recommend!

I reserved a room for me and another for my mother. The room was under her name although I paid for it. Staff would not let her check in until I arrived two hours later. This is unacceptable service
