The staff is very friendly and respectful…like Chick-fil-a trained! The property is clean, rooms are big, and location is awesome. I’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s by far my favorite hotel in Waco.

The room was absolutely clean. The staff super friendly. I didn’t get to get breakfast as I woke up a little late and I didn’t enjoy the bar due to arriving late and tired, but overall the place was excellent definitely a must stay!!!

This was such a nice hotel - I DEFINITELY would stay here again! Super clean and fresh looking, thought it was brand new but found out they've been open 2-1/2 years. Love the room and bathroom size - very well laid out, HUGE shower (which was awesome). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Of course, it helped that it was summertime so Waco wasn't overflowing with students, etc. Highly recommend!

I reserved a room for me and another for my mother. The room was under her name although I paid for it. Staff would not let her check in until I arrived two hours later. This is unacceptable service

Top 5 hotels I have stayed at! And I travel a lot. My only issue was that the bar wasn’t open Friday or Saturday.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms, excellent showers, clean pools and hot tub. Definitely will stay again when in town. Very close to Waco Convention Center.

Nice property. Stay went well and only recommendation would be to have better lighting in the rooms. There were no ceiling lights in our rooms and just a few lamps. It was pretty dark. We would definitely stay again though.
