The room was clean, crisp and updated which is fabulous, but the highlight was dealing with Shelby. What a fantastic gal! We came for a trade show across the street and we need to have some things shipped over to our room. We were lucky to have had her on phone before we booked and also the night I checked in. I drove from DFW airport and arrive at midnight. Shelby was cheerful and helpful, she helped me get my items sorted out and ready for the show. This location is ready to have such a smart and engaged employee like her. Shelby, if you ever see this, thanks a million, a million times! AJ.

All staff was extremely friendly, especially Joe at the breakfast counter. Our room was clean, the property seemed to be newly renovated and the outdoor patio and pool were excellent. The breakfast was your typical breakfast buffet, but was very good and the staff working that area was very kind. We make a yearly trip to Waco and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It will be our go to spot from now on!

Great stay staff was fabulous and the rooms were very comfortable and warming like home. Cant ever go wrong staying here. Bathroom was great with water temperature in the shower perfect and the softness of the bed helped me sleep like a baby.

It was pretty nice! Didn't want to pay for breakfast, but the bed was comfy and the staff was super friendly.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly. We were there on July 4th celebration and she was out in the parking lot making sure others weren't taking the guests spots. She had so many reactions with the guests, made them feel welcome and valued. Will be back!

Very good

This hotel was very comfortable. However, the first night when I returned to room, housekeeping had never cleaned. I had to use towels left on floor. The next morning when I went to get coffee my room key would not let me in. I had to return to desk 2 more times and they finally sent the receptionist with a master key to let me in. Something about that particular room having a messed-up door or dead battery. I'm not sure but it missed the mark. The employees were great and quick to get resolution, but this would really annoy some travelers.

Exceptional

The shuttle service was great. We just called ahead because we had a late arrival, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!!

Shelby was awesome at check in. We asked about the area and she was a wealth of information. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast pretty much blew it. You'd think for two bills it would have been better. It was almost like they filled it at 6:30 and went about their day. By 9:00, breakfast is supposedly served till 10:30, the eggs were cold, the sausage dried out, virtually nothing for breads was left except a couple muffins, just water for the orange and apple juices, no milk for the cereal, waffle maker had a burnt waffle left in it, the area was filthy ... I could go on, but I think you get it. If I had to pay the $15 for it, ours came with the room, I would have demanded my money back. We mentioned it to the management and they took the $5 I paid for a box of M&Ms the night before off my tab - Yea.
