Cambria Hotel Waco Univ Riverfront

I will say, the lady that checked me in was delightful, but the lady that checked me out was a bit stale. We did dine at the BLVD and the waitress was very nice, but the food wasn't worth the prices. Overall, will I stay here again...I doubt it!

My colleagues and I are still searching for the “perfect” hotel. Your establishment checks all the boxes except one. We want the ability to log in to our Netflix, etc accounts. Please add that feature!

Second time staying here and once again it was perfect!

Only downfall was the outside bar. I was told it would be open. Frida evening it was busy outside at the pool but couldn't get a drink. Had to go into the nice restaurant to get a drink and bar service there was not good. Would stay stay stay again!

In town for a short visit with the family. Staff was friendly, the property was very clean and the rooms spacious and roomy. Great location to access freeway and downtown, no complaints!

We stayed for two nights while visiting Waco. Clean rooms and great location, a very nice hotel overall. We would definitely stay here again, the farmers market on Saturday morning was a great bonus.

This longer stay, however, highlighted a few areas that would make us consider a different hotel next time. First, we reserved an accessible room, but we found that the shower was not truly accessible, which made it difficult to use comfortably. Second, we were surprised that the hotel did not have on-site guest laundry facilities, which is a significant convenience for longer stays. Lastly, there was no afternoon food service available. During the summer, when many guests are vacationing or staying for extended periods, having food available beyond breakfast would be much more convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean, but these amenities are important to us, especially for longer visits. We hope these areas can be improved because we’ve enjoyed staying here in the past.

4/5 on amenities because no bathrobes for standard rooms. Lovely hotel, but a miss without bathrobes.

Great room! Love this hotel!

Properties are very comparable. This visit the Cambria was a few dollars less expensive so we thought we would give it a try. Beautiful hotel and either one is a great stay. But The Even has a leg press in the fitness room that is very important to my spouse. I felt the rooms at the Cambria, were a little more polished and comfortable. I will probably continue to stay at whichever hotel is less expensive.

Was an amazing experience! Fast an easy check in and out. Wonderful piano bar and 2 amazing pools. Also had a great view of the Downtown Fireworks show. Will be making this a yearly tradition.
