Property was abandoned… and customers service doesn’t want to give me my refund

When I got there they told me they couldn't give me a room and it would take 10-14 days for a refund ! They are CONDEMNED ! BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY and then called the police on me when I objected. MINUS A THOUSAND STARS ! CONDEMNED when I got there couldn't give me a room ! 10-14 days for refund. ABSOLUTE SCUM !

the hotel is trashed out. the sewer system was backed up and there was no refund for the room. I had to book another hotel because of the smell. The staff said there would be a refund for the 4 nights but there was none. Pitiful experience and i'll never book oyo again.

Epic fail Reservation wasn't real. I pre paid and am now disputing charge for room. Worst motel experience period. Stay anywhere else is my recommendation Close your doors and start a clown school.

I went to check in and there was a note on the front office door that said, " We will be back at 10:00 a.m" My booking was from the 8th thru the 10th of January. There was joking one there to check me in!!

The clerk at the desk looked like she was high and didn't want to accept my card and only wanted cash she had another lady in the lobby that also looked like she was on drugs

I asked for a king size bed but got two floppy queens. No quilts.

Comfortable bed, great staff, the facility could use fresh paint.

I would give them negative stars if that were an option, and recommend that Expedia make that an option. There were bed bugs and a dirty rooms when my guys arrived, and when we they went to front desk they were not offered another room or refund which either would have been great, but again they are not worth the risk or money, stay away.

My travelocity reservation was not honored

Didn’t even stay there and the attendant was rude.

The staff there was rude AF. I booked a non refundable room and when I got there to check they refused service for no reason and threatened to call police if i didn’t leave the property so I got charged anyway. Worst ever

No one answered the door it was five different ppl wanting a room to lay they head

When I arrived to check into my room, I was told that they were unable to check anybody in because of a sewage condition. I was not alerted of this before my arrival. I had to scramble at the last minute and find another place to stay.

The parking lot was difficult to get into but the main problem was my reservation was canceled when I arrived to check in due to a sewer leak.

Couldn’t even check in, even though I called two days ago to confirm my reservation. Got there at 1:00pm, doors were locked. Went back at 2:30 and was told there were no rooms left despite having a reservation.

I booked with Expedia to stay at the OYO in Waco, Texas September 12-14. I arrived at 3pm at the OYO. The woman behind the counter said they had no rooms. I said I have a reservation. She said they did not have a room. I said that doesn't make sense. She said she had one room without a tv but she was waiting on maintenance. I said I would take that room. She said I couldn't have it. She gave me the number (347) 752-4172 for Oyo customer service. I left and called the number. It was an automated message saying my reservation was cancelled. I ended up without a room. I AM TICKED.

Lobby was closed at 10pm we had to booked another hotel. Don’t book there.
