All. Wry good except the breakfast. Not into turkey sausage and powdered eggs

The location is great as it is very close to downtown and our office. The staff is friendly and the hotel appears to be new. The room was comfortable and clean.

Really appreciated the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was lacking. Missed one day of cleaning. The next day only one bed was made up (???). The floor was still dirty.

This hotel is the best bang for your buck in the downtown Waco area. I have stayed here multiple times in the past few months and would stay again. It is well maintained and the free laundry services in this economy put it over the top in my opinion. Hotel GM was a pleasure to talk to and really helped us out when we needed to extend our stay. Highly recommended!!

Very clean. Great location near the river, parks, school, and restaurants. Helpful staff! Nice breakfast.

Desk clerk was super kind and helpful, not making me feel rushed or unnoticed, even with the hustle & bustle in the lobby. Room was immaculate and comfortable.

The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Other than that it was wonderful! The eggs seemed from boxed or fake and it just wasn’t very good. Above mentioned.

Room itself was renovated lovely and the breakfast selection was good.

Property was clean and located in a good area. Breakfast was great. Air conditioner in room not working on arrival, had to call maintenance. Also, 3 people were registered to stay- only 2 wash clothes in bathroom. Had to call front desk and go retrieve another one. When housekeeping cleaned the room, although they took three wash clothes out of the bathroom, they again only left two, so had to go down to front AGAIN to get another wash cloth. Agrivating!

Stayed here for my triathlon. Nice clean rooms
