This was actually our second choice for a hotel in Waco. We originally wanted to stay at Chip and JoJo’s Hotel 1928 but the $450 price tag convinced me otherwise. The Pivovar is a Jewel! For a fraction of the price! Beautifully decorated! Extremely comfortable! Very helpful and friendly staff plus it’s connected to a great restaurant and bar. Don’t hesitate to book it! Nothing!

Super charming hotel with unique and beautiful design features, plus a great restaurant and pilsner pivo brewery. Also a great location that is easy walking distance to music venues, restaurants, bars/breweries, shopping, and cool historic buildings. Comfortable, clean, and a great stay. N/a

The location is close to the Magnolia markets and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is very clean and they have free parking right outside the entry. The staff is also really nice and they provide refillable glass water bottles for the filtered water machine provided on each floor. The Pivovar German restaurant is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays for a convenient meal, however, there is a charming restaurant very close by (around 50 feet away) called Opal's Oysters. There is also a train that passes around 4 am and again at other times, so it can be heard from the rooms.

The room was very very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was excellent. We did the beer spa and it was wonderful. The TV remote was a nuisance to use.

We loved our stay at the Pivovar. We stayed during graduation weekend and hosted a grad lunch at the restaurant. It was so nice staying right next to the silos. The staff was great and our suite was top notch. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but my husband loved it! So I guess it all balanced out. I slept great though.
