Cookies and cold water! No self serve icemaker, but the front desk brought up sime when we asked. Only thing bad were the crickets that were everywhere outside. One decided to go for an elevator ride!

Beautiful ambiance,cozy and inviting. We had dinner at Bertie’s on the Terrace. Honestly,our food was disappointing. It was under cooked and looked raw. Our Breakfast was mediocre to say the least.

We planned our stay at this hotel because we are huge fans of Chip and Joanna Gaines. This hotel was super clean and very nice, my only gripe would be that the did not have the magnolia network available of their TV's in the room. I would think because this is their hotel, they would have this available. But otherwise, the food in both restaurants at he hotel was delicious.

Loved the cookies they left for us and robes with slippers very cute touch. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower

The only mirror in the room was in the restroom. That was a little inconvenient. There was no bottle opener in the room to open up the cokes in the mini fridge. Everything else was wonderful.

It was nice Nothing everything was around us

The only thing we can down grade on was the inconsistent room prep. Example, no coffee restocked at night for morning. Some guests in our party had welcoming gifts, others had nothing. Some had cookies at night, others had platters with rolls, cheese, meats. Not sure why but seemed inconsistent between rooms. Other than that, we loved the place.

The 1928 Hotel was excellent when it came to customer service the management was exceptional along with the customer service at check in. The decor of the room was outstanding taking you back to a flair of 1928.
