The 1928 Hotel was excellent when it came to customer service the management was exceptional along with the customer service at check in. The decor of the room was outstanding taking you back to a flair of 1928.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have a couple of issues and they worked to resolve them. First, the blow dryer in our room didn’t work, and they brought us a new one, and the keycard device on our door broke off and it was repaired.

Beautiful hotel, unbelievably friendly staff great restaurant overpriced for where it is, they used to have coffee service they don’t anymore. Feels like that should be some perks for staying at a very expensive hotel like coupons to the Magnolia Silos.

Cool older hotel, we went during someone else’s wedding so so kinda loud.

This was our second time staying here. The front desk attendant was friendly and informative! Our room was clean and well decorated. The bedding was comfortable although the duvet was not as plush as our previous stay. We had some delicious cocktails downstairs at the main restaurant. The bartenders were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The valet gentleman was very friendly and helpful! Sadly we did not receive the turndown service which was a bit disappointing. Overall great stay!

This is a great hotel! The decor is amazing and the hotel really feels like you stepped back in time. The room was very spacious an nicely appointed. The entire hotel is so clean and inviting. The restaurants are awesome as well. Can't wait to go back again!
