La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Waco Downtown - Baylor

This hotel is always clean, smells nice, and the rooms are always excellent. This was our 3rd stay at this property. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and hot, staff is friendly. Very convenient to everything. Check on is quick & easy. A lot of eating choices in walking distance or even more with in minutes drive.

Good

Comfort. Room size and shower. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff in general. Great facilities. Non engaging staff at check in. Long wait though checked in online. Didn’t acknowledge arrival and no apology for wait.

Normally, this hotel has an excellent rating, Very clean, very helpful staff. This visit out of many that I’ve stayed, the hotel wasn’t it’s normal cleanliness. I found a bug crawling on my bed and the facilities overall cleanliness looks as if they are short staffed on housekeepers. Breakfast/dining staff were great

First room smelled like mildew I was not cleaned well they moved us to another room. It smelled like mildew and was not cleaned well with mold in shower. The Hotel overcharged me more than what I was shown on the Expedia or website.

N/A

Hotel was convenient to Baylor and well within walking distance. Rooms are clean and modern. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and good. Well lit parking. Friendly and helpful front desk and maid service. Moderate pricing, depending on seasonality.

Enjoyable stay.

We stayed 2 nights for my partners job!!! The property was very nice and clean. The room was clean! We took advantage of the pool and the jacuzzi and it was amazing! The breakfast was actually good, most hotels eggs are bland and the orange and apple juice are watered down! So, I was completely amazed and happy that the food was great! Definitely will stay at LaQuinta the next time we go to Waco!!!

Exceptional

Breakfast was no good. Overall property was dirty, rooms were only cleaned every 3 days for an 8 night stay. Very limited parking. Random guests, one guest in particular walked around the property over 3 days in her underwear only. Will never stay here again. Only stayed because of a work trip and accounting booked the hotel.

This was a beautiful facility and we had a great view, incredibly comfy bed - lovely staff and fantastic breakky - I wish we had longer, but we'll be back! Nothing!

Will choose this location for future stays.

Clean and comfortable will stay again
