The breakfast only consists of cereal, bread, juice, & coffee. the front desk staff was not attentive and when I told her there was no milk, she looked confused. after refilling the milk she never asked if there was anything else, she just ran back to the front desk. there was no one checking in or out. she didn't even check the other breakfast items, I had to ask her what was in 'this' container as it was empty, I asked if it was bread. she looked confused again then went to the storage room grabbed a loaf of bread and shoved the bag and all in the bread box. again didn't ask if there was anything else and just ran to hide behind the counter again. the customer service needs a lot of work. I understand the breakfast only being certain items, but it was not being watched, the staff was confused, and the over all customer service was terrible. the elevator moves very slow, even the door opening and closing, which raised some concern. once inside I noticed there was no inspection certificate posted... while checking in the staff was sort of talking to herself "no I won't put you there cause the AC doesn't work". once we received our keys, 3rd floor, there was no AC in the hallway. I had to keep the AC in the room running the entire time to keep the room cool. the window in the hallway was open to help cool it.. in august.. in Texas.. I will never book at another Super 8 again.

Walls are solid, room was clean, bed is really soft. You can hear the highway all night, the lobby smells like pot at all times, anyone can hear through the doors, never had a problem with parking. Checking in and out was normal, nothing horrible, nothing exceptional.

The parking lot was clean, but the air conditioner in the room did not work. We were there less than 30 minutes and the staff was no help. We are waiting for a refund, especially for the extra pet charges since we did not even stay at this hotel. We ended up staying at Candlewood Suites!

Location and convenience to where I was working. The smell of the room was horrible, hallway on 3rd floor HOT, found chocolate cookie crumble and lashes on floor, and they had bugs or something my dogs skin flared up so bad here I had to take him to be seen and get on steroids, I was itching some, the fridge froze everything even at a 1, the mat in shower I thought could come out so I could clean the shower but after realizing it’s like a sticky I left it but the corner I lifted looked disgusting. I wanted to do a late check out due to when my shift at the hospital started but they don’t offer it but honestly sleeping in my car worked out me and my dog caught a break, his skin literally calmed down once we left, also he didn’t get seen until that evening when we slept in car not prior. The breakfast I thought would be better but idk I guess I assumed at least a waffle maker involved. Hours for breakfast was nice as once I got off I had time to grab cereal if I wanted that. I also found a roach in my room. I brought comforters 1 for me and 1 for my dog let’s just say they went straight in the dumpster when we left. I had better hopes for this place. The ladies who worked there seem cool but I kept to myself mainly.

The staff were rude, housekeeping walked in our room, no knock, nothing. I had just gotten out of the shower. The property was disgusting, they didnt serve anything more than toast and donuts with warm milk for breakfast. I asked for a refund from hotels.com as well as the hotel and was told I paid for an “as is” room so its non refundable, as if that gives them an excuse to run an absolutely disgusting hotel with inconsiderate staff. The room also smelled of stale cigarettes when I paid for a non smoking room. Do not stay here. Absolute waste of money.

Started out with our TV remote not working. I took the remote downstairs to the desk, got new batteries and told person at desk that no lights were coming on on the remote. I was promptly told, and I quote, "I don't know nothing about those TVs up there". That night we set the a/c at 70 and were sweating, so changed it to 65, where we froze the remaining of the night. The next morning the shower was underwhelming, and the hotel "breakfast" was out of regular coffee. Our breaking point came when we asked for a second blanket (because we had to sleep with the ac on 65 to be able to breathe) and were abruptly informed they were not allowed to give out second blankets. I was then asked how many beds we had and that we could take the blanket off of one of them. Leaving the other one to freeze. Wound up having to go to Walmart to purchase a blanket, costing approximately $21. We will NEVER stay at another Super 8 if this is how things are run. I have stayed in many motels in my travels over the years, and this has by far been the absolute worst service and property I have EVER experienced.
