All in all the room was fine, and seemed clean enough, but the entire hotel smelled of weed. It won't be my choice the next time I am in Waco. I think most of the people staying there were bit rough around the edges.

If your looking to get contact high from people smoking Marijuana inside then this is the place for you. Lots of homeless people hang out around the building too! Staff wasn't the best. When asked if it was a smoke free hotel we were told yes, then when asked if they knew people were smoking they said oh they will have to pay for that when checking out.

The hotel and staff was great,BUT as soon as you walked into the building you got hit the face with the smell of weed. The hallway to our room smelled awful. Our pillows and room smelled like weed. That was the worst part about the hotel. I won’t book there again! I am pregnant and we have a toddler and it was awful.

• No breakfast was available in the morning. Spend 2 night $40 outside. See the picture. • The TV and internet were not functioning. • The room had a strong mold odor. • There were black hairs on the pillows, indicating poor housekeeping. • I reported the TV issue, but upon returning later, nothing had been resolved and no one followed up. • Despite staying two nights, the bedding and towels were not replaced. • After raising these concerns at reception, I was moved to another room. Management is not responding with evidence on my emails. (Sent multiple emails). 1 star and never return again.

We were on vacation and it was awesome The construction so close by

Very clean facility, rooms, and bed. Bed was very comfortable, and the courtesy water was extra touch I much appreciated. (Thank you) Oh, and convenient location with access to highway. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because the internet was glitchy and there was no guide for the tv or remote. Staff had to come up to enter a code?? ??♀️So I wasn’t able to enjoy that amenity like I wanted to.

Nothing Outdated, the bathroom didn’t work properly and didn’t fix it the room was clean only once even I stay for the entire week
-
Room location to exit. There was a VERY limited breakfast. Toast, no butter. Cheerios or Cheerios. Blueberry muffins.
-
Close to everything The rooms were outdated and there was no breakfast like it advertised!!
-
This is an ok hotel for the price but the freeway noise was surprisingly loud.
-
Price Room was very close to the freeway and very noisy all night. Television did not work and hall way smelled like marijuana. Staff was very not helpful with television issue, and wouldn’t even get out of there chair behind the counter to talk to me about it.
-
The only thing I didn't like was my shower knob was in the tub. The MAIN thing was the smell of marijuana. It was awful
-
Mattress was horrible. Had to change rooms as the first one did not have a working phone or TV
-
A sh$& hole

The place did not feel safe at all. It looked like people were living there, including homeless individuals. There was spit in the elevator, a pile of human poop in the parking lot, and people were throwing trash out of the windows. Regardless of how “cheap” it may be, I would not stay here again.
-
did not given me the floor I asked for and told me it would take hours to change the reservation to another room
