The hotel is in dire need of updating. The carpet is bleached and stained. The rooms are dated. The hallways are not air-conditioned. I was very disappointed with Hampton.

The overall stay was excellent. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again.

A\C wasn’t cooling the room so I pulled both air filters and cleaned them in the sink, packed full of dirt, phone didn’t work, tub drained very, very slow, no hot water in the shower, conditioner bottle was broke off the wall.

The hotel is old, tired and dated. Our first room smelled like urine. The front desk moved us to a suite which was nice but had a funky smell. The carpet in both rooms were filthy and had large bleached out stains. The free breakfast Buffett was typical and coffee was good. Staff were pleasant and no problems with the room change. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities. I’d give the hotel 3.5 stars out of 5.

That was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far. The worst Hampton I’ve ever seen. It was so awful. I left even though I had to pay for the second night. I refuse to stay there again.

Best hotel stay we’ve had in a very long time! Everyone was extremely help and friendly from front desk staff to maids to breakfast personnel. We were stranded while traveling home due to an accident on the highway and everyone did everything they could to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about them all!
