A good comfortable place for us to stay when visiting family. Excellent value and highly recommended.

It was an ok hotel. I wasn’t impressed that the hotel did not have a pool which was a big deal to me. It was partially my fault for not looking closer and checking but I never considered a hotel wouldn’t have one. There were some cleanliness issues and the shower head didn’t work. So over all it wasn’t that great of a stay. Probably won’t choose a tru hotel again.

Hotel didn't really look luxurious on the inside. Service was ok, staff were helpful.

The electrical door system was out of service. The staff could not issue us door cards to enter or exit the room during the duration of the stay. The door key would have allowed us more lighting in the entry way. The lights do not activate unless you have a door key. No extra blankets. Ask for two. The A/C unit worked but had a buzzing/rattling noise all night. Did not get much sleep. Asked for rolling kart but staff stated they have one but did not know where it was. There were only a few kleenex tissues left in the box in the bathroom. The hotel was clean but at times even these things that I mentioned become an inconvenience. I traveled from San Antonio to attend a funeral in Clifton for Saturday. I arrived at the hotel on Friday. I am hoping my details/review is an opportunity to assess these things for a better stay next time. Thank you.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. And I paid more for this stay than I EVER pay for other hotels. The sheets looked rumpled and did not feel or smell as if they had been washed. I literally slept on a bath towel instead of touching the sheets. The common areas of the hotel were dingy, hot, and smelly. This hotel taught me to choose the reservation that allows me to cancel without losing money. It was a nightmare.

I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, modern, and had a great vibe. The staff was friendly and everything felt well kept. That said, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the AC in my room never quite got cold enough, which made it harder to sleep comfortably. With a better mattress and cooler air, this would have been a near perfect stay. It sounds balanced and fair.

Stafd was helpful and friendly. Food was good. Location was perfect ? shower pressure was great. Coffee ready for husband when he left at 4 in the morning was perfect! Bed was creeks when you moved, a/c worked great however disruptive when it starts and stops. Shower floor was very slippery. Lobby, elevator and hallway were very hot in temperature.

It was ok. Our room had a musty cigarette smell, not good. Everything else was ok.

Close to shopping area and Family. Breakfast was okay.,Need more variety. Room was not cleaned during our entire stay. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were really helpful and welcoming. We did have a few bugs in our room both nights of the stay. The tub was also in poor condition.

There was mold in the shower and did not like the fact that if I turned the air conditioner up 1 degree even it would turn on the heat, There was no way to just set it to cool only.
