Very nice staff, very pleased to stay in this hotel.

Everything was very good except breakfast the apple juice dispenser was not working and the pancake machine wasn’t working. We were the first ones there for breakfast and it was discovered then. I would have thought staff would have checked it out prior to breakfast.

They were out of coffee creamer, coffee lids, coffee cup sleeves. Each day it was something. Wanted to use the gym..no weights under 25 lbs. Trash cans with trash spilling out over the top.

There were minimal options for a “hot breakfast” and many of the items/ machines had “out of order” signs. We were offered bread, cold rubber eggs, sausage floating in grease/oil, and 1 apple. We pick Hilton hotels to stay at every time we travel, but this location was very disappointing!

It was great staying in a hotel that had what you need and dropped what you didn’t. A lot of thought has gone into updating the hotel experience for those looking for a decent hotel that won’t break the bank. The bathroom was clean and bright and the beds comfortable with minimalist decor that was refreshing. Breakfast was great, the gym equipment was all working and the neighborhood was safe and walkable and right next to an outdoor mall. This was our first experience with Tru and we will be looking for them when we travel from now on.

Clean room, cold AC, had a problem with the toilet but they fixed it after 2nd try. Breakfast was good and internet tv worked well too.
