Wonderful stay.

Bed was comfortable close to our home They did not clean the room on a daily basis we were there over week and It was like pulling teeth to get the trash dumped, new wash cloth and towels and TP.

This hotel had great staff service, alongside a amazing view of the lake.

Price was great for a suite, good location, and very clean hotel . Price!

The only negatives of our stay were that our bed was loud and creaky and the mattress felt thin. The AC unit in both rooms worked well but they were also both really noisy which impacted my ability to sleep until I picked up some earplugs. Minor concerns in an overall wonderful stay!

We stayed in a family room bc I have 6 children - 2 of which are toddlers. It was located on the 4th floor. My toddlers woke up around 6:50am and were being slightly inpatient about getting up and we got a couple of phone calls (when I answered no one was there)…. Then a knock on the door saying there was a noise complaint from the room below saying we were bouncing a basketball. We were not and the toddlers were not really even being disruptive besides normal movement. I don’t understand why you would put a family room on the 4th floor - it would be better on the first floor to avoid situations like this. I felt as if I needed to immediately remove my family from the room and check out. I was not impressed.
