Great hotel in all respects. I will stay there again.

The hotel and staff were great. Room was very clean. Teresa at the front desk was amazing. Definitely recommend.

I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn (Waco) while traveling for business. It’s maintained well and has easy parking. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good and rooms were nice and clean.

The room was nice, the only one item:: The shower head didnt work properly spraying water outside of the shower no matter how we moved the shower head. Also the soap,shampoo and conditioner location were under the shower where my wife couldnt get to it w/o getting her hair wet. Thought it was weird to place the items at the front of the shower, rather than the back where you could get to it. Room: 320

Even though I booked through a third-party and ran into issues that kept me on the phone for hours, Dave took the time, late at night, to step in and help resolve everything. My plans changed unexpectedly, and I had family staying with me. He went above and beyond to upgrade my room and make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes ownership like that, especially when the hotel didn’t directly cause the situation. Dave made all the difference in turning a stressful situation into a great stay. Highly recommend this location, and big thanks again to Dave for taking care of us.

When I first checked into my room, the toilet was not working because the water system was malfunctioning. Maintenance came to look at it, but he seemed extremely bothered about the situation even though it was clearly out of my control. Since the issue couldn’t be fixed, I asked if I could be moved to another room. His response was, “I guess, but before you leave this room make sure to make the bed.” That comment made me uncomfortable because it made it seem like no one would be coming back to properly clean or change the bedding. Even though I had only been in the room a few minutes, I still felt that it should have been cleaned regardless. The front desk attendant did help by assigning me a different room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the new room was extremely noisy throughout the night. Overall, the stay was okay, but the issues with the room and the interaction with maintenance made the experience feel pretty average.

We had a terrible time with our room - accessing it was a pain. They were unable to keep our room key from working and needed maintenance to keep “fixing it”. It would only work for once or twice but then would stop working. Frustrating. The room was clean , friendly staff
