The beds were so uncomfortable it was crazy.

Enjoyed having a full size fridge and two burner stove. It saved us money on eating out.

I expected a change of linens and towels every week as in other similar long stay properties…

Esta muy bien el lugar solo que no cuenta con plancha en las habitaciones y no ponen detergente para usar la cocina pero después todo muy bien

Very nice, very quiet. Staff is great, room neat and clean however the room was sparsely equipped. Toilet paper and a couple of cups. It was fine enough, just there for one night to see Willie Nelson and back to Austin.

Bed made squeaky noises, bed frames was old school

The towels were stained and hallways smelled like the carpet is not cleaned very frequently

Over night Staff was terrible at the front desk

Room was basic. Tiny bottle of shampoo. Room felt humid. Were there for one day. Mikaela, the desk clerk, was friendly and quickly checked us in. The room was clean. Room had a refrigerator and stove top. Location is a plus. Near Cinemark and Main Event.

There is also no place to get some ice, we had to fill the ice trays, and wait or just go buy some.

The room smelled like a homeless person when I went down stairs no could help me. Has to stay in that room all night smelling bad and dirty

The staff was super friendly. Clean room and a convenient place. I will be returning There’s nothing I can say that I didn’t like.

The hotel was very clean and nice as expected. The only complaint I have is that I was disappointed that there were not any curtains or hades to block out the light. My room was rig HR above the lobby and the lights came directly through the shades. I would suggest investing in some curtains and not sheer.
