Comfortable beds

Upon arriving there was a trash can at the front entrance because water was leaking from the ceiling when I checked into my suite it smelled really bad there was several water stains in the ceiling the carpet was not clean the couch had stains I had to go out to buy candles and disinfectant to clean everything being that it was the holidays all hotels where booked and I could not get a refund on the hotel the coffee in the waiting area was cold both morning I went to get some there was o my one elevator working which caused you to have to wait 5 minutes to get to your floor the hotel is in need of a renovation badly I was not please but the staff was pleasant when I spoke with them

Great experience. Had an issue with the remote control blinds but informed the front desk. Very friendly staff.

The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good.

Elevators were down, however, staff were able to assist us to staff elevator

Location Misleading advertising that breakfast was included only to get there and was told to pay for breakfast.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a boss. We got in super late (2:00 am) - hallway was very nice and quiet so we could get much needed sleep. Would def stay here again. :)

Great hotel. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all awesome and got a great rate for the breakfast buffet at the front desk. Rooms and whole hotel were super clean

Property is showing its age.

The only bad thing was the desk clerk. She was so rude I don’t even think she said hi and I know she didn’t smile. I had to ask her everything When’s breakfast? What’s the WiFi password and she just pointed to my key folder. Didn’t even tell me which end to park at. Don’t wanna name names but she had a big gold chain around her neck that said Sop…..ia

As far as the establishment, we walked into our hotel room and it was clean yet smelled as if someone just used the bathroom in our room moments before we checked in. Not a great experience for our stay. Last time I will stay at a Holiday Inn.
