Stay was completely wonderful

The staff was very nice. Everyone was so helpful. They made the experience enjoyable and when we did have any issues they quickly resolved them.

Mehgan and the staff are fantastic

hot tub was cold

The property ok just not use to paying for breakfast and it had a lot of workers staying there I didn’t like that. I never stayed in a hotel like this one we always stayed at the Hilton or four seasons so it was better than I thought it would be. My pastor and wife and my daughter and son in law which is a pastor always stayed in this hotel that why I stayed there. I will stayed again.

This was our third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always. We will be back!

The room was clean and the rooms were quiet.

Very noisy and no complementary breakfast.

Las habitaciones son increiblemente espaciosas, los empleados son muy amables. Nos tardamos un poco en hacer el check-in pero todo fue muy ameno, la alberca estaba un poco caliente pero después de un rato regularon la temperatura y la pudimos disfrutar al máximo. Está muy cerca de varios restaurantes !

Room very clean front desk was not friendly did not even speak about amenities. By the way they have restaurant on sight. Breakfast is an extra cost . Front desk barely acknowledged is when we walked in, in fact on lady turned away. We checked in after 3

Comfortable beds

Upon arriving there was a trash can at the front entrance because water was leaking from the ceiling when I checked into my suite it smelled really bad there was several water stains in the ceiling the carpet was not clean the couch had stains I had to go out to buy candles and disinfectant to clean everything being that it was the holidays all hotels where booked and I could not get a refund on the hotel the coffee in the waiting area was cold both morning I went to get some there was o my one elevator working which caused you to have to wait 5 minutes to get to your floor the hotel is in need of a renovation badly I was not please but the staff was pleasant when I spoke with them

Great experience. Had an issue with the remote control blinds but informed the front desk. Very friendly staff.

The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good.
