stayAPT Suites Waco

Room was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware.

When we went to check in, we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes before somebody came to assist us so with a sign on the door that said the manager at the time was assisting other check-in guests we tried to call the number that was listed four times and nobody answered very disappointing in this feature

Loved it here!

I don’t like pets

I like the cleaness

Andrea was an amazing host. Very friendly, very informative, and very professional. The suite was very nice and the property clean. Great location!

We arrived and no one was at the front desk (and it was within office hours). After waiting for nearly 10 mins, we called the number posted at the desk and the woman who answered said she'd be right down, and it was close to another 10 mins before she arrived. The check-in process was smooth once she arrived. The room was clean with the exception of a red-ish stain on the inside of the shower curtain.

Great for a short stay while traveling and feeling more home than a hotel

But the staff they do have work very hard and are multi tasking to the best of their abilities

MY 2ND TIME TO STAY HERE AND AS ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The area was spotless. We were close to movies, freeway offered easy commuting to our Family Reunion venue and many restaurants. I thought the value was good for the accommodations.

The place was an amazing alternative to a standard hotel. Spacious rooms, soft absorbent towels and fabulous staff.

Room was clean, area was close to tons of stores and restaurants.

This property was amazing as far as value, cleanliness, space, location, dinning, on site laundry facilities, shopping, and customer service. One of a couple of things we didn’t like is that the office is completely closed after 7:00pm Monday-Friday and after 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, also there is no room service for towels etc.

It being quiet and close to my family

Would stay here again!

From the check in to the check out was exceptional, wish I knew the sweet lady’s name at the front desk but she was just a joy to work with .

Good

I will stay was everything that we expected. This is our second year stand here when we come to Waco for the family reunion and it will continue to be the place we stay.
