I appreciate the convenience of being able to call and have the key made accessible to me when I arrive after hours. It’s so nice that a friendly human being answers the phone! The rooms are always clean here and feel spacious.

We absolutely loved staying here! We booked through Expedia got informative messages about our stay, as well as the check-in process/policies. We actually arrived after hours (the front office closed at 7 pm), but staff told us they left our keys and registration form in a specific drop box with a special code to access it. Overall, it was a super easy process to get to our room and the amenies were amazing! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Waco area!

I booked this hotel for a lengthy stay for 3 adult family members. This proved to be a very good decision, as the facility provided a quiet, easily accessible, and comfortable experience at a very reasonable price. Amenities were basic but consistently good. While the front desk staff were decent, the cleaning team was exceptional, quick to provide anything that we needed. A number of restaurants were located nearby, including a diverse handful within easy walking distance. My family and I look forward to our next stay.
