The staff generally. Area is great- this is our 3rd stay. Pond is a great feature.A 75 year old desk clerk was so much appreciated by us. She really made us feel welcome. Several others were also great and lived up to the little saying on the card at the desk. But, again, the dog ruined it for us. The large dog next door which was unattended almost all day and which would howl for 20-30 minutes and then sleep for 15 more. And repeat that cycle for hours. It was anxious I am sure but this was unacceptable. Staff did not have a phone number to call the owner. It became our problem and not the clerk's on duty.

Clean room with good working a/c. Felt comfortable and safe. The hotel was beautiful and welcoming. Every staff I came in contact with were so professional and sweet. The breakfast was worth the extra charge. This will be my go to hotel when I come in town.

We unfortunately had a bad experience with our stay. We left early as the noise from the suite above was untolerable.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice stay!!

I stopped there because I had been driving all day andI was hungry and wanted a drink or a beer and the ad said theythey had a bar and restaurant.I paid premium price for a hotel room for that reason but the manager told me that the bartender and Cook was busy fixing a toilet and he would be back soon. I don’t think I want a man that was just fixing a toilet to cook my food. I could not believe she told me that and then after paying premium price for a dated hotel room and they want to charge me $$ for breakfast. I will definitely check this one off my list.

Very quiet and good location! Room did smell like cat urine. But, the room was very clean and the staff was excellent! Breakfast wasn’t included which I thought was odd for a Hilton Garden Inn.

Linda was wonderful. So helpful.

The breakfast buffet was somewhat small, but the food was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Overall, the hotel’s staff made a great impression, and I plan to stay again in October!

Breakfast okay . Location good for my purpose. Reception staff training and attitude. Management staff nowhere to be found and did not return calls..

Amazing customer service !

We knew breakfast was not included, but were shocked at the $16 price if we were interested in eating the hotel breakfast. No thanks! We headed across town the The Tasty Biscuit and had an absolutely amazing breakfast for the same price.

Great staff, super nice room, comfortable bedding, convenient location.
-
Clean, quiet, decent food, friendly staff and nice rooms. Close to several places to eat and local entertainment. Not sure what else anyone would expect from a hotel.

Great location quiet not alot of noise Room was ok, but the beds weren't that comfortable and the tub had a stain and after taking shower i knew why as the water didn't drain well while the water was running. $20 for breakfast is pretty high, which is why I didn't eat as I can go to a nicer restaurant for a cheaper price. Also the toilets were low
