Nice place to stay as a family

The room was big and very clean. And for a four-night stay, it was nice to have a kitchen with full size fridge, stove top, and dishwasher! The bed was extremely comfy and had extra pillows. Decent free buffet breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All over was good

Helpful, attentive a professional, Room was spacious and accommodating. Great location near many restaurants and shops. The breakfast every morning was excellent!

Hyatt House was my absolute favorite hotel. As of lately it seems like they need more housekeeping staff, better breakfast options and to clean the carpet in the hallways

The hotel was fine, but the laundry room was the worst. They only had two washing machines. One was broken and it to took me 30 minutes to put 8 quarters in it to get the other one started.

Poor breakfast. Tired decor. Old technology. Unreliable wifi.
-
Many problems with the booking although staff tried to help.

This was a great stay. Was there for 3 nights as an event organizer. When I got there my rooms AC was not working. I arrived pretty late so eth next morning they moved me to a new room. Breakfast was amazing. Staff. Was super friendly and food prices were reasonable. Loved the night front desk lady. She was awesome and extremely helpful and very personable. This is why I always stay at a Hyatt.

Bathroom was the worst...sunken floor due to water damage, broken floor tiles. Grout crumbling and missing in many places. Damaged base boards. Cracked mirror on closet door. Found 3 large spiders in the shower. Main TV would turn off on it's own. Happened about 15 times. Laundry Soap Dispenser ate my $4. Told the front desk and it never got fixed during my stay. Was a hassle to get laundry detergent as the front staff had to go next door to Hyatt Place to get detergent. Pool door leading to outside the hotel would not close properly. Informed the staff and it never got repaired during my stay. Huge safety concern as anyone could enter the hotel at anytime with a key card. Room service never came in to clean or replace towels, etc, even once during 8 night stay. Had to wait for a few minutes while the front desk attendant played on her phone. She apologized atleast I guess. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Fitness room was decent for a hotel. Hotel does not respond to messages sent from customers using Expedia or from Expedia customer service either. Overall very dissapointed.

Great place!
-
Kitchen with all essential items except toaster. King suite only one seat to eat at.

Front desk people were friendly and efficient. Our sleeping room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Pretty much the basic hotel buffet except for the addition of fresh fruit which was very nice. Would stay here again.

Everything was as to be expected from Hyatt

Not too bad of a location, but being there for 4 days and not once was my room serviced was a bit strange. Lighting in the room was that uncomfortable white light, and the furniture scratched. Staff was friendly though, but regardless, I don’t think I’d go back to this location a second time. Not when there are others options nearby.

Facility is very clean and rooms are nice, especially for a business trip that required a lengthy stay. I did have to ask for change of sheets and towels, in which they were left on the couch and I had to change my own bedding when I came back in late from working all day. The bar is not manned with a person - the person working the desk is the bartender. If you want as nice place with a nice spacious room, kitchen and living area, this is a good place.

Clean and friendly staff.

Me and my partner got a room here from June 13th to the 22nd. Checking in was smooth sailing, I got to the hotel at 2:30 and I was able to check in right then. The staff was amazing, anytime I had a question it was answered. Breakfast was different with having something new everyday since it’s a rotating breakfast. To add I did laundry there and for washing and drying it was $4 in total!!!, Amazing!!! I highly recommend Hyatt House!! 10/10’n

It’s now my second time staying here and I love it!

Noice, such as foot steps and shower from up level, are shielded, annoying and bothering me too much
