SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Warrenville

The pull out couch mattress was disgustingly!! Filthy and stained!!

Then the clogged tub was repaired immediately however leaving material behind in the bathroom garbage can was not only smelly but inappropriate. I’ve stayed here before and it hasn’t been this bad.

The pool was clean but the concrete around the pool was dirty and black. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I had family staying there Very overpriced for the quality The staff was exceptional and accommodating lobby was very clean but again outdated

Everything was perfect

I booked this hotel for colleagues, for a business trip. When they arrived to check in, they were informed that the hotel had been double booked and there was not a room available for them. They were not given a refund, and they were told to go to another hotel down the street.

Except for wifi interruptions everthing else was great.

I usually never touch a ‘continental breakfast’! This one was super clean, awesome offerings, real scrambled eggs, nuts, yogurt, quiche-fresh and yummy offerings every day and the staff who maintained breakfast were so sweet and happy, and helpful…very rare experience. Room super clean, halls and rooms smelled good, clean sheets- just a great experience for a volleyball hotel- reasonably priced mid level hotel but wildly exceeded expectations!!

The pool looked clean ,breakfast was good and it seemed like they had very responsible cleaners maintaining the floors etc. Would definitely recommend it.

I had to switch rooms because the water pressure was too low in the shower

The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10

The location was good. Clean room. A little dates though.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool was well maintained and plenty of options at breakfast.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast included things like waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, and sausage. We found the bed to be too stiff to sleep comfortably.

Great place to stay for vacation. Comes with breakfast buffet.

This is our third year returning to SpringHill Marriott in Warrenville / Naperville. It is very conveniently located, friendly helpful staff. Our room is exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, free parking and includes breakfast!

This is our 3rd year returning to SpringHill Suites Marriott. We usually stay around 2 weeks. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is always comfortable and very clean with very comfortable beds. I really like the location as it is close to the interstate and very good restaurants.
