My room was very dirty

This place was a DUMP! Food all over the hallways, rusty shower heads that sprayed water everywhere, old and outdated, staff shuts down at 11:00, just plain disgusting! People live here because it’s cheap and the halls real of pot. Pictures online are NOT REAL! Never stay here!!!!

The hotel staff were great and helped extremely and that was wonderful ⛅️ This has been a wonderful stay in Warrenville, the first town I stayed in when I arrived in this nation after immigrating to the Kingsom

Staff was very supportive. I arrived very late due to travel and work arrangements. This issue was the smell of the room. Imagine walking into your elderly grandparents house, and not the smell of vanilla from freshly baked cookies. The front desk is closed from 2300-0700 hours, and I didn't know how to nor wanted to bother staff with changing rooms. However even after spraying some cologne, the smell of mold/stagnant air was still in the room. Other than that the room was clean, just hard to relax with a very uncomfortable smell/odor.

I like my stay, staff, great helpful that I stayed and smell like Urine And. He was muggy. It just did not smell right but other than that I enjoyed it.

I made a very late reservation and the individual working the front desk greeted me after the desk was closed and was sooo amazing and helpful and just a very wonderful person. I was sooo thankful for her and the ease at which she made my chec in.

The room was very dirty. It looked like nobody did the cleaning for a long time. Dust on the night stand. Stains on the kitchen appliances, table and inside the toilet, strains of hair by the sink. Some items are missing, including hairdryer, utensils etc. I took the problems to the receptionist and she was nice and apologetic, but it was not her fault. Anyway, I will not go back to this place or recommend anyone to go there.

Needs cleaning

Amazing stuff, they were so nice and helpful at check-in. Easy to find the hotel and park. We had our ac set to 60 (trying to get it to cool down) all night but the temp was pretty hot in there. The shower floor also made a loud sound when standing in there - did not seem super safe. We also got to the breakfast room 45 minutes before it was over and there wasn’t much food left- so be prepared to dine out.

Something was wrong with the water. Had a horrible taste... Bad pipes? No ice machine, and freezer didn't want to produce ice. Also AC wasn't working properly. Bad mini split.

I have been trying to hold off on the review waiting for the manager Nick to call me back from last Friday. Today is Thursday I have called since then. I will not say much because I do not want to give much but I will say it was not what I expected and so we could only stay one night and I did that because if I didn’t I would have lost money. I feel I should have not paid for the first night but I will leave that information for who ever reach out to me. The bed slept fine. That’s all I have and the young lady at the counter was very very nice to us

The room had a bad smell and the floors were filthy. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It's just too bad they don't have daily housekeeping and the facility is "tired".
