Sonesta Simply Suites Naperville Warrenville

Room was dirty, the couple dishes that were present were discussing and they were in the dish washer. Pans that were in drawers had stuck on food. Freshly shaven men facial hair in bathroom. We did mention it to staff who stated sponge and soap were in room which it had NOT been. Room was hot had the temp at 60 as I was making floral arrangements and room was still warm! The one is Schaumburg is 1000x better no pool no breakfast just sad!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The worst part was when we first entered our room—the floor was wet with no warning sign, and my girlfriend immediately slipped and fell, hurting her elbow. This is a serious safety issue and should never happen in a hotel room. Overall, we did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness or condition of the property. Definitely not a good experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location

I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here. The property feels very old, and there was a strong mildew smell throughout my room. It was bad enough that I had to ask to be moved to another room. Even after switching rooms, the overall condition of the property still felt dated and unpleasant. The biggest issue for me was definitely the smell.

* No toilet paper or Kleenex in the room when we checked in * Staff was short handed on check-in * Floors in the room seemed slippery * Noisy people above us and to the side means the soundproofing was not good at all * Dishwasher was full and glasses, plates not put away upon our arrival * Lid to the coffee pot was broken * Towel rack by shower was broken and not screwed in well * Didn't seem like trash was picked up in a timely manner from hallways * No reading light in the living room by the couch * Recliner was partially broken - leaned too far back The whole experience seemed to be a low-cost, low-end operation and I am not inclined to use a Sonesta brand in the future.

This place was a DUMP! Food all over the hallways, rusty shower heads that sprayed water everywhere, old and outdated, staff shuts down at 11:00, just plain disgusting! People live here because it’s cheap and the halls real of pot. Pictures online are NOT REAL! Never stay here!!!!
