Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

The hotel was friendly and inviting. Good lighting. Good neighborhood. Hotel smelled nice. Our room was really clean a and nicely appropriated with lots of pillows. Staff was great. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!

We had to move from our original room because the people above us were extremely loud. When we called about it the lady that checked us in said we couldn’t move since they were fully booked. My sister used her cell phone to call and asked if they had any rooms available and was told there were 3 rooms available. The TV in our 2nd room kept going out.

The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Had no room service for 3 days. Had to ask for it at the front desk. Also got double charged and nothing got done for it until the last day.

Staff was excellent.

The area is great the place is nice the breakfast was great but the random person trying to get in the room which was literally no where near the room she was going to and someone going out of tje emergency door at 1:30 am causing the fire alarm to go off besides that it was a good stay. The staff was great as well

$50 fee at check in was a surprise. Not happy.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was warm and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great hotel in a good location for west suburban Chicago area.

Really helpful staff, clean property, clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Also, a very good breakfast. Not just continental, but a hot breakfast, like bacon, sausage, eggs, and oatmeal.
