I had to contact the hotel manager and Expedia, and I was promised that I would receive the correct room on August 7. However, the same issue happened again on August 7 and August 8. Despite contacting the front office, they have not been helpful in resolving the issue. This has been very frustrating, especially since I made my reservation well in advance and clearly booked a two-queen-bed room. I would like this issue to be properly addressed and would appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Very clean! Good breakfast!

They didn’t have waffles for breakfast. My daughter was looking forward to that. Maybe they can add that to the breakfast menu
-
Please please please steam clean the carpet in the hallways and rooms. They smell and have so many stains. It will be nice to steam clean the sofas in the room as well!

Room was fair with cleanliness - breakfast was good and condition of property was overall good. Did notice that there were several pets allowed so very pet friendly facility

I also appreciated the premium bath amenities. The shower body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent quality and had a fresh, pleasant scent that made my stay feel even more relaxing and luxurious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a nice variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. I will definitely be back!

To get hot water in sink, shower needed to be turned on hot for 5 minutes. Then don't turn it off or a wave of cold water will innundate you! Security bar that was designed to stop the door from opening, the steel bolt stop was sawed off. Positive pluses were: Quite end room, clean sheets and clean room. Fitness center had top notch machines. Pool was cool, with lots of chlorine. The best part of our visit was Paulina at the front desk. She was friendly and accommodating to our every need, including arranging a shuttle when we departed. Amazing! -- Thank you!

Staff was great. Carpet in room was dirty and there was a syringe under sink. Shower room is very tight to move around

Terrible property. We were moved from two rooms in one night because the AC wasn’t working, then just before midnight they moved us to a new room at the neighboring Hyatt property. They admitted that we should never have been placed in the second room bc it already had a maintenance ticket for broken AC. The next morning we were told we’d have to move back to this one. We are traveling with four kids and two dogs, it takes at least three trolley trips to transport all our luggage. When I called Expedia to request a refund on the rest of our 8 night stay so I could find a better hotel, the manager claimed he didn’t receive communications from Expedia, so I had to call back and get them on the phone with him. On top of that, when we went to collect our belongings the elevator lights went out and we dropped half a floor. When I hit the call button to report we were stranded they hung up. We will never stay at a Hyatt property again!!

Nice hotel. We were only there for a night but good place for a family stay. Pool was a bit extra clorinated and breakfast didn't have a whole lot of options. Nice neighborhood. Staff was nice.

Upon arrival, I was asked to use my company credit card for the room charges. I have no idea why being that I went through Engine and that room should have been charged corporate. I will contact staff at Multi Medical Systems to verify that we were not charged twice for this reservation

The breakfast was good... The air conditioning was cold... However after paying the full charge in orbits the hotel turned around and recharged me now it takes them 3 days to give it back not so happy

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely well versed in customer service. The facility was well kept and nice amenities. There was even a small bar and food service counter that you could order food/drink all day (with the exception of 6am-9am when breakfast was served). The breakfast was good, nice selection. We had a single king bed room. The room could have used some updating. Looked pretty original. The layout was a little funny for my husband and I. The toilet and shower were in a very small room that was clunky to go in and out of when opening and closing the door. Had to move around the toilet to do so. The sink/vanity was right outside the toilet/shower room and directly across from the bed. As my husband wakes up before me, it was disturbing for him to use the sink and turn that light on while I slept, it woke me up. The closet was there as well and you had like a double closet with only a single door on the very left for access. So any clothing on the right you had to delve deep into the closet to get to anything. Did not like that at all. So overall, it was nice but the room could use improvement.

Set up of the room worked great for the size of my family. Breakfast was quite nice with many options. No issues with our stay and very pleased with the price
