Overall it was a terrible experience.

brekfast was good and freindly staff at brekfast rest hotel and washroom toilet are dirty , ver small toilet to sit

The 1st room that was assigned on 2nd floor had mold all on the back wall by windows. The 2nd assigned was never cleaned after 1st night. THIS HOTEL NEEDS A COMPLETE CLEANING!!!! YOU CAN TELL AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE LOBBY WITH ROUGH AND STAINED FURNITURE IN LOBBY .. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 3 STAR AND DEFINITELY NOT THE TRUE PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE!!!.

We were not impressed. The thermometer on the wall didn't work. The time on the TV and on the alarm clock was incorrect. The ice maker on my floor was broken for days. The washing machine was broken for days. We didn't have juice one day. Didn't have fresh fruit on another day. We weren't allowed to fill our water bottles with water. Only option was to buy - for $6. I will not be staying at a La Quinta again.

Close to the airport, poorly maintained, staff was helpful.There was a barking dog in one of the rooms that barked till.early morning.

The towel wasn't clean—there was hair on it—and there was hair on the bed as well.

Room has to many repairs instead of do a good maintenance in the room, they just cover. Like bathroom tub has tapes to cover holes or the room walls has paint cover everywhere, dirty carpet. Old towels

Nice, clean quiet place great for families

I have stayed at MANY LaQuinta's across the country and this one was by far the worst. We checked in a little early on July 30th and it appears the room had not been mopped or vacuumed. The bed was made, trash was emptied and towels were laid out fresh. On July 31, I found a translucent bronzy/red bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom. Yuck!. Because we had been out sightseeing, etc., we took more than one shower per day. I asked for new towels and that the trash be emptied on the 31st, and 4 times on August 1st. I finally had to go down to the desk at about 9pm on Aug 1st and get someone to come up with new towels and to empty the trash. Our keys also quit working and we had to get new keys. I love LaQuinta but would NOT recommend this particular one in Providence, RI

We checked out because our family check out due to the unclean and smelly rooms.

Go elsewhere! This hotel was dirty and disgusting. We were greeted by a door that wouldn't open until my husband rammed it open. As soon as we walked in, we saw the bedsheets were dirty. It looked like someone walked on them with dirty shoes. We asked for extra pillows, the lady at reception told us they were locked up downstairs so she couldn't get any because it was late at night. Okay... The tv didn't work. We finally got it to turn on and the volume remained at the highest level - no turning it down. The bathroom was the absolute worst part. The shower was full of mold. A spotted ring around the entire tub. Absolutely horrific. The walls are super thin, so you can hear the people in the halls and surrounding rooms. We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel. If it wasn't 2am when we arrived, we would've left immediately. Do not stay here.

Staff need a designated smoking area away from stairs and the pool. Pool area need to look more "fresh" ...was clean but decking etc rundown depressing hallways ar very outdated looking

It was nothing spectacular, as a whole the entire property is not very well maintained and there should be more staff on hand particularly during peak check-in/check-out times. I stopped in the lobby to buy a coke, and there was no one around for 5 to 10 minutes. Eventually I just left the money on the desk with a note and left. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel is old. Feels dirty: Staff was nice. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Don’t put ur key card too close to phone

On the plus side, the shower water pressure was really good and the heated up quickly. Overall it was okay for a low budget short term stay of not more than one or two days.

I was there for 3 days so I saw a lot! Outside, towels in the bushes, empty booze bottles in the bushes, dog poop on the grounds. Inside, peeling paint from ceiling in bathroom & bedroom area, stains on carpet, burn marks on leatherette chair. Pool had MANY tiles missing around it.

The rooms & property smell like cigarettes & mold. Rooms are so humid you walk in and even on a cool night could feel the moisture & “smell” the mold. The stench in the rooms were unbearable. (Mind you I had to switch my rooms THREE times due to the smell for my children!) The man at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and spoke down to a female who was half his age and the younger man working with him was just as ignorant. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional in my entire life. I will NEVER book at this place again. Even my children were begging to go home!
