La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warwick Providence Airport

LOUD, LOUD, LOUD......one couple knock down drag out fighting to the left, and a family with 6+ kids screaming and yelling in the room to the right and up and down the hallway. People residing there were sketchy also.

Next day sister had diarrhea while sleeping. Notified staff and when she returned later to the room, bed had not been stripped, but extra towels were left. Soiled towel left on the floor. Notified front desk and waiting to hear back from manager. Checked out the following morning as scheduled. Chipped paint on ceiling, room smelled of mildew after toilet overflow and water stains on ceiling in the hall. This room was on the first floor, which allows pets. Stayed two nights Will be reporting this hotel for unsanitary conditions along with code violations.

I briefly spotted a mouse or rat in the room, and I left when I found a cockroach

The room was visibly dirty and the bedsheets were stained. There were cobwebs in the room. And the hotel overall was dirty.

Strange things happen here! Such as vacuuming the halls late at night, leaving rooms open for the entire day and night to "air out" , and hearing people leaving and entering rooms all night long. Take this info into account before deciding on your stay.

I wasn't there long enough to use the amenities but the pool looked clean and maintained the breakfast area was clean but I didn't have time for breakfast The ac kept making a weird noise when it started up but worked fine the elevator "works" but left a lot to be desired

Breakfast was good, room could’ve used a little better cleaning…when we arrived for check-in, the clerk couldn’t “find” our room, took a little long to get checked in even after I showed my booking confirmation. No big deal, I understand glitches/ hiccups like that can happen. And in the end, I think they ended up just putting us in the last available room because there was no TV! Good thing we were too tired to even want to watch anything. The cooks were funny and nice and very eager to help, we loved the north eastern accents, we’re from Texas! It was an ok stay all together, can’t wait to visit RI again!

Staff was friendly, room was clean but a little run down. Stayed 1 night, good place for 1 night.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The overall maintenance of the property was only okay and the elevator was really slow.

My stay was horrible my key stopped working every time I left the room had to practically beg the staff to clean my room

The property needs a solid cleaning. I killed a bug in my room and saw another creature scurry across the floor. Not a place I would stay at again.

The elevator was filthy—the walls and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When we got to our room, it had a very strong chemical cleaning smell. I had to turn on the A/C and open the window just to air it out. After a 6-hour drive, we were too exhausted to deal with requesting another room. Then, when it was time to shower, we discovered there were no towels in the room. We called the front desk, and while they did bring us towels, they were so old, thin, stained, and yellowish that we didn't feel comfortable using them. The next day, we ended up buying our own towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash because the amenities were There wasn't even a hair dryer in the room. We were also looking forward to using the pool, but it was dirty, so we chose not to swim. Even my two kids, who are usually not picky eaters, didn't enjoy the breakfast because the quality was so poor. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Unfortunately, based on this stay, we will not be returning to La Quinta, nor would we recommend it to others. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleanliness, amenities, and customer service for future guests

super smelly and dirty

rundown hotel. Pool is missing tiles pool floor had debris and rocks on the floor. Room had a odd smell in it. Bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. Tv channels were lacking and no internet.
