La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warwick Providence Airport

room was old and needs updated. breakfast was good.

I have stayed at several La Quinta Hotels in the past and have always been happy with them. This one, however, was the worst one I have ever stayed in.

Pet friendly. Good staff

Breakfast was cold and eggs had pork beacon stack on top of it. Building on the outside needed fresh paint

Shuttle to airport was great

The hotel is right down the street from the airport. Everything was close by.

Plenty of parking and staff was helpful.

Location was good for our travel needs or next to 95 Frwy in Warwick. Good buffet on weekends but higher room rate. But still good complimentary breakfast daily. Well stocked by ladies who are attentive & helpful. Convenient location to airport car return minutes away. Good soundproof walls for privacy. Ice machine out of order but room fridge is good option. Overall our stay was good.

Airport shuttle did not run after 11:00pm. I had to take an UBER

The facility and rooms were run down and the room was dirty, the bed linens were dirty, towels were brown. The pictures on the app don't accurately describe the hotel at all. For the amount of money charged for this hotel, it needs to be drastically improved.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The front desk employee looks like a drug addict. The elevator and hallways were very dirty and in need of replacement. The room smelled like marijuana and there was so much visible lint/dust in the heater, it did not work all (just blew dust round the room). The ceiling had water stains, and I believe I heard a mouse (or rat) rummaging thought our garbage in the middle of the night. I give it a zero rating and that I was probably too high!

Our room had the walls patched up very poorly in multiple spots. The towel rack fell off the wall and I had to put it back on. The floors were dirty and we needed to keep our shoes on when walking around the room. There was a picture on the wall that was placed BEHIND the TV… which was fine, just weird

First and foremost. I need to congratulate the staff for all the attention and courtesy. Mercy or Mercedes who was the front desk attendant at the time of my arrival, provides me with all the information about the area. Including restaurant near by, and other amenities. Then, I have the opportunity to meet the owner who asked me to moved my vehicle since I was driving a tractor trailer, and offer me different locations to park. No rush, no rudeness. Always kindly and respectfully. The entire are looks clean, and organized. Just a little bit of fresh paint and attention to few details. There was also a gentleman who seems to be like the maintenance person. Very kind and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean with all the supplies needed. Overall, I will score the property 4/5. They still have work to do, but you can senxe the effort and the progress to be a 5/5 hotel in the future. Good job 👏!

Room was clean, hallways were ok. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was middle of the road for options, I have had better and I have had far worse.

I can’t even count how many cockroaches I had to kill in my room. Terrible cleaning.

Convenient, good parking, nice breakfast- the woman in charge of the breakfast gets an A+

1. The door was very difficult to open I had to use my shoulder to get it open. 2. The shower head seemed clogged there was no pressure. 3. The toilet was contantly running. The staff offered to move us but we were already in.

The room and hallway had an overwhelmingly wet carpet, mouldy smell. The little hole in the face basin was an absolute stomach turner. I had to request new linen and towels. Breakfast was limited to apples as fruits, no vegan alternatives and almost had pork sausages because the trays weren’t labelled. However, staff was pleasant and parking accessible.
