I am disappointed that this place is even on Expedia.com. also in the photos I'm going to send you you'll notice a bag that's covering a light that's attached to the wall, had to call maintenance to get it shut off for us which was unfortunate because we had a very long day and did not need to wait to go to bed.

I liked the location spot and staff. The door was faulty and wouldn't open with the key sometimes so I had to stay in mostly.. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Needs more pillows.

Place is so scummy bugs, no remote, didn't vacuum the room or hallway, garbe strewn everywhere on the property, no handicap accessibility. Only stayed here for an emergency. If I had the choice I would not stay here again

Outside has rats running and garbage along the building. Upon entering the smell was horrible carpets were dirty. Our room had cockroaches, dirty floors stained linen and towels. I do not recommend this location.

Absolutely nothing Very dirty unkept staff greeting zero rooms are bare minimal TV bed and not much of anything else. A lot of people hanging around outside even the hallways that are drug users.

The staff and people were great! Great for rest pit stops while traveling.

Nothing The key card didn’t work for the outside door. I had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in. Then the key card didn’t work on my room door. I go and get it reset and it still doesn’t work on the outside door. It takes 10 tries to get in my room. Next day it doesn’t work at all. Had it reset same problem. A guest told me they never worked on the front door. My bed had only two sheets, no blankets no comforter. Long black hairs in the shower, I have short gray hair. The room was not clean. No one came to clean the room or bring clean towels. There’s more, it’s too aggravating to go on. Worst motel ever!!!

The air conditioning was not working the towel rack in the bathroom was broken upon arrival held on my a thread. Room smelled awful like marijana and it had seem like someone had taken out the batteries to the fire alarm in the room just to smoke in the room. Overall a very unpleasant place to stay definitely think it should be shut down not sure why the city of RI has not come to shut this place down I tried getting refunded to go to another place but did not have any luck.

They need to clean better.

The frot desk the best you have to give him some bonuses i was there a 1 : 45 am and he did the right thing

Convenient location It wasn’t very clean, the hallways smelled of shit and piss and you could see the stains in the hallways. Exterior doors are all broken so anyone can come in. It was basically a homeless shelter

Not a thing Was shown 3 rooms. All had hair in the bathtub, toilet didn’t flush, floor was sticky. Window was broken and sheets were dirty with stains and dirty shoe prints on the sheets…NO REIMBURSEMENT. Ohhh and law enforcement drove through the parking lot twice in 30 min.
