Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Providence Airport Warwick

The room was clean. The staff was friend and I took advantage of the airport shuttle service.

Loved the free parking. Staff was mostly very friendly but not really helpful about transportation info. Rooms were very nice and comfortable but needed more lighting. The sink area was extremely dark. Breakfast was excellent and loves the coffee and water in the lobby.

No pool. Not much of a breakfast if you have to leave early in the morning

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott was exactly the accommodation we wanted in the Warwick/ Cranston area. The property was safe, clean, well-appointed for the price range, offered a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, and came with breakfast. The lobby was spacious and well-lit -- I awoke early and felt very comfortable having coffee and reading the morning news. This hotel far exceeds others in the area -- highly recommended.

Parking was included and easy

This is false advertising! It's unacceptable and illegal. I will take this up with Expedia and hope that this hotel is pulled from their website. Marriott should never endorse this hotel as it is not providing rooms it is promoting.

I like the experience

The hotel is very outdated and even though they have tried to update some areas, there are too many areas that need to be attended to. Mattresses and pillows are old looking,sliding doors into bathrooms don’t slide well ,TV didn’t work, breakfast area is very disjointed and food selection poor. Hotel floors and bedroom do not smell good.The staff at the front desk -namely VICTORIA - was wonderful however! She deserves to work in a better location

Even though I was only at the property for nine hours with a layover, I found the property well maintained, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and surprising as it sounds, even though they were near the airport. It was very quiet. They could afford to add some premium channels to their television lineup. Commercials are so annoying. If I ever have a layover again at that airport, I would consider staying there again. Unfortunately my flight left so early. I was not able to utilize the breakfast that is offered with the room. it probably would’ve been better than the cruddy sandwich I had at the airport.

The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus. It was perfect for a light meal before heading out each morning, so we didn’t have to start the day on an empty stomach. The staff were friendly and helpful. We accidentally left an AirPod in our room after checking out, and they found it and kept it safe for us until we returned. Parking was spacious and cost only $10 per night, which we found very reasonable. The location was also very convenient. We picked up our rental car at the airport, and the hotel was only about a two-minute drive away. It was an excellent base for exploring both Providence and Newport.

Great location and convenient to the airport. Breakfast was quick and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers to the Providence area.

I traveled to Rhode Island to attend a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law on Saturday, June 13th. My husband booked me a room at the Fairfield by Marriott, Providence Airport, Warwick for one night. While waiting to check in, a gentleman was discussing 8 or so large boxes that were delivered for him and being stored behind the desk. When he finished, I checked in and was given a room on the 2nd floor, one down from the end of the hallway. Several rooms down, the gentleman from the lobby was with a group of people, laughing and talking, with many of them sitting and even laying down on the carpet in the hallway. I went out to dinner with family, returning around 10pm and got ready for bed. The next 2 hours included lots of slamming doors, making it difficult to fall asleep. I went downstairs to grab a quick breakfast the next morning to find the same group taking over, making it impossible to get anywhere near the food. I was able to reach a container of yogurt and a spoon by going through an adjoining dining area. I ate that in my room and checked out early, stopping at a local coffee shop and having breakfast there. My husband and I travel frequently as my daughter and family live in Europe. In fact, we stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott in Belgium less than a month ago and had an amazing stay. I feel bad as I have never written a bad review before, and the room itself was lovely. But at Marriott prices, I should at least have gotten breakfast.

The AC did not work well in the room. Wouldn't get cool.

Close to airport The initial staff stared at their screen, did not engage in eye contact and , along manager, as skeptical that the outside door was NOT locked as poster ( I was right by this door) They did move me at my insistence . It was STILL unlocked the next morning
