Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Providence Airport Warwick

Customer service was terrible. I was given the incorrect room from the one I booked and no attempt to make it right was made. The room was not clean and not well maintained. I would not return.

Walking distance from airport was great, great breakfast.

Great stay!

Then when they canceled her key they also canceled our key to our room. Too much back and forth.

Very poor

Hotel is perfectly located attached to airport within walkable distance but also has a shuttle. Offered list of foods you can order in. Aos had a small bar set up in the evening. Only thing I didn’t really like was the set up in the room. I personally don’t care for the bathroom sink to be outside the bathroom.

Exceptional

I had a great two-night stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The pillows were a little small, but overall, I had a really good experience!

nice

We were distressed travelers (flight cancelled). Fairfield was right next door, has a shuttle, big Tv in lobby to watch football, a bar and breakfast. It was great.

Perfect location for travelers, they have shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast. Bad smell in the room. No invoice possible.

Very good

Superb

Great location. Convenient. Bathroom could have used a little elbow grease. No folded toilet paper which I am used to seeing.

Close to airport

Staff was great . The free breakfast is great and not just continental . Facility very clean with complimentary free fruit infused water . Has a shuttle every 15 minutes 24 hrs a day to the airport.

Check in was excellent and the lady with the short blonde hair and snazzy gold glasses was excellent because she made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the property, layout, and amenities efficiently and kindly. Five gold stars for that caring and hardworking member of your staff! I apologize for not recalling her name.

Close to the airport and places to eat. Very Comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We were on the bottom floor near the parking area for the first time, as we have stayed several times before, and it was noisy which made it hard to sleep. There was also a dog in someone’s room that barked several times during the night and woke me up. Between that, people talking outside and people locking their cars with their key fabs made it very hard to sleep and we had a super early flight.

Victoriae was amazing helping us above and beyond!

Xairy and Shay at the Front Desk were so helpful.
