Great Breakfast

The room was old and tired and had in underlying unpleasant smell. However the staff was cordial and helpful and overall the stay was fine. We reported the broken drain stopper upon check out.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Not a bad gym for the price. Right next to airport. Free parking. Breakfast better than average. Will definitely start again.

It's clean but a little run down, the front door entry is weird (like it used to be something more grand but they closed it up and just put in a door on one side with a VERY blue vestibule), the staff were nice, but our room was not great. The AC clearly wasn't dehumidifying anything so the room was alway very moist, and our shower curtain smelled awful (we had to keep the door to the bathroom closed so the rest of the room would not smell). The sink being outside the bathroom was also the same kind of weird as the main entry to the lobby - it's functional but looks and 'feels' very off. Will not be staying here again.

24 hour airport service was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience.

Front desk attendant provided us with muffins, energy bar and banana in a bag since we were on a 4 am shuttle to airport. Which was prompt and convenient. Very good service.

Clean rooms. Easy access to public transportation. I was able to see all of Rhode Island during my 4 night stay here. 15-20 minutes from downtown Providence. I was easily able to navigate public transit to Newport and Bowen Wharf. Hotel is quiet and also provided a coupon to Chimes a local restaurant nearby. Food was immaculate & affordable. Very nice staff. Great wholesome breakfast.

The location was perfect for us! We were able to walk to our hotel from the airport without needing a taxi or uber. Thank you!

The first issue was simply finding the entrance. There was no clearly marked main entrance to the hotel. I eventually realized the only way in was through an unmarked side door, which was confusing for first-time guests. Check-in was smooth, and I received the room I had requested. However, from the moment I entered my room, there was constant construction taking place in three or four rooms surrounding mine. Furniture was being assembled and moved, walls were being hammered on, and the noise echoed throughout the hallway. When I checked in at approximately 4:00 p.m., I assumed the work would end by early evening. Instead, by 7:30 p.m., the construction noise was just as loud. I had an early flight the next morning and needed to be awake at 4:00 a.m., so getting some sleep was extremely important. I called the front desk to ask when the construction would stop. I was told they didn’t know. I then requested to be moved to another room of the same type, but I was told there were no comparable rooms available. The front desk informed me that the owner himself was performing the construction near my room. I approached the owner respectfully and simply asked when the construction would be finished. Rather than answering my question, he immediately became hostile. He yelled at me, repeatedly used profanity, and tol

Great stay!

This was a good place to go when searching for a place to Stay for a few days with my Daughter in Rhode Island. Room was clean, service was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was thorough and well-done. The place was clean, if not a little bit older, but still well-maintained. We did have a broken doorknob on the inside of the bathroom, but that was a small tradeoff for all of the other services that we received. I would come again if I were out this way.

The staff here is so very helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious, with something for everyone. The location is ideal for exploring RI and quick and easy access to the airport.
