No noise, clean room, good breakfast

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and nice. Room was clean

Very dated room, but clean. The shuttle was super convenient and timely—it runs around the clock. The staff was amazing!! We had a very early flight, and they had breakfast bags with muffins, granola, and bananas ready for us to heard the shuttle. Nice touch!

Loved the location and the ac (was 100* when I visited).

Bathroom in the room was a little dirty with hair from previous guests still around the floor. But bed was comfy and thermostat worked. Staff very kind and helpful

Check in was quick and easy as was check out. There wasn’t any help securing our luggage, seeing my wife was recovering from a hip surgery and needed a cane. The elevator was accessible but the ride was uneven and when we reached our floor it stopped unevenly

Also, I think the mixer valve in the shower (room 242) is starting to go -- a few times the water temperature suddenly changed rather dramatically from comfortable to cold to hot without me touching it at all.

Room was very clean and the staff was lovely.

The staff was very helpful and engaging. Note that during our stay one of the travelers put their popcorn in the microwave too long and the fire alarm went off - we evacuated the building until the fire department could clear the building - all in all it took 20 minutes.

Easy parking, very good breakfast, and the room was a 10/10—super clean. I asked for a crib for my baby, and they brought it right away. I recommend this hotel; we spent two very comfortable nights there.

Nothing was wrong to my brief observation.

The room was clean but shabby. Picture missing from the wall. Towels ok but not great.

Not enough hooks for Towels in bathroom, and not too keen on the disposable cutlery and utensils for breakfast Total waste.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast bags were available for those leaving before 6 am for the airport. The room was beige enough for us and all our luggage. The temperature of the room was difficult to control.
