DoubleTree by Hilton Providence Airport Warwick

Hotel is very convenient to the parking walkway of the PVD airport Hotel was maintained nicely and had all we needed for an overnight before our 6am flight. The hotel did have a hot water issue for which the front desk refund 1/2 of our hotel stay cost.

Limited TV channels and the on screen guide was totally wrong for the shows and even the channels listed as available. Duh. Very disappointing to have lame TV when we were hunkered at the hotel during the Nor’easter. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room coffee pot made nice “hot” coffee.

With the approach of the Nor'Easter Storm this weekend, I asked EXPEDIA to cancel my reservation for this weekend and to apply any reimbursement to my next EXPEDIA reservation for the night of the 10th of Oct 2026. EXPEDIA has failed to resolve my request for reimbursement, so overall, I am not pleased with EXPEDIA's actions.

Location close to airport Dog in next room barking every time someone moved

Friendly staff, and convenient location for easy transport to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was awesome.

They gave us an enormous room which was clean and quiet. Comfy bed, excellent pillows. Pity we had to get up at 3:30 for our flight, we would have loved to sleep in here! Shuttle to airport was easy and took less than 10 minutes. We walked from our rental car drop-off, which wasn’t far but I wouldn’t recommend after dark as it was *very dark. We should have asked about the shuttle for that. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

The rooms are well-decorated and this is a major brand hotel. It's insane they can't do better. The management of this hotel needs to do a better job making things right for their guests when major, systemic things break on their hotel. Will never stay here again.

We spent 2 days with no hot water but staff was very helpful

We stayed the night before our flight. Sat at the bar, had dinner and a few drinks. Very good. Shuttle was very timely and efficient.

For this much money a full breakfast buffet at least! Staff was fine…

The first room I checked into smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff helped me secure another room.

The front desk lady told us about taking our car over rental and dropping it off and having a shuttle back to the room and then the shuttle could take us to the airport in the morning. That was fabulous information. Thank you.

Expand available food options.

It was a good stay. Nice decor. Didn’t see much staff. Cleaning was good not great, with dusty corners and the furniture having stains. Bathroom was wiped down well. Housekeeping came in when we requested and they only replaced towels, and did not make the bed. I would stay again when needing to stay near the airport.

Overall the room and the property were clean, which is most important to me. However, the room was overpriced for what I received. Also, the coffee pot in the downstairs lobby was empty three out of the five mornings I went to get coffee from it. I politely asked the front desk agents to have someone bring a replacement pot of coffee and each seemed mildly annoyed and it took long for the replacement pot to arrive (one time it took 30 minutes). Also, a complimentary breakfast should be included for the prices charged at this hotel. The airport shuttle worked out well. However, my room was dark, even with all the lights on, and one of the lights was out. The view out my window was bunch of parked cars. I think there's an airport parking lot next door, which wouldn't be a problem at all if the price of the room was lower. Many of the complaints I have wouldn't matter if the room was priced better. Overall, it's a decent hotel but overpriced (although competitors are charging simliar rates so I think all RI hotels are overpriced for some reason).
