Just stayed for the night and it was great

The lady at the front desk ruined our experience with her rude attitude, some customer service training would be beneficial.

Great hotel, great location great staff

Very clean and the staff was great.

Front desk was ok. The waitstaff at the restaurant/bar very helpful and kind! It was very loud outside of our room with people yelling and shouting walking down the hallway. Our room smelled like mold.

Everything Nothing

Very good stay , staff including all front desk , bartender lady and driver was very nice and helpful to me. With stay there again soon

Proximity Crack in ceiling across bed. Making it unsafe situation.

The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant. Very, very, helpful. The bar looks open. Very nice and clean. The restaurant menu, the offerings appear to be available a-la-carte, as well. I ordered the omelet, where you can have 3 items. I asked for cheese, ham , and spinach. One meat, and 3 of the other items not counting cheese. So my server came back and asked me for a third item. I asked for tomatoes and it ruined my omelet. It's like they were making a wrap. Ham was chopped nicely. Spinach and tomatoes, not so much. Could't eat it. Omelet was just too wet with the sliced tomatoes. Next time I stay at the DoubleTree, I decided, that I would get fried eggs and bacon with the homefries. The homefries I really liked. The marble rye and the seasonal fruit as well. Presentation of the dish was perfectly appealing. 4 stars for me.

Felt like this was a Days Inn with a different sign hung on the building. Definitely not a typical Hilton.

Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though

Close to airport. Hotel does shuttle rides to airport. Room was clean, no bugs.

For $192 this Doubletree was not worth it. Yes, extremely close to the airport. No, cleanliness. We flew in, it was close to 1am, were tired, and twice we had to go get the key activated because the battery was dead on the lock. Room was changed to an equally far room. It was closer to get from the airport to the hotel than it was walking to the assigned room twice. An "I am sorry" was all we got for the inconvenience. At $192.00 a night, an "I am sorry should not have been the least that was done. And no famous cookies offered either. A no for this Doubletree.

The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there.

Jen at the breakfast area was wonderful and so was the coffee and food..and there was also a Hispanic lady at the front desk that was wonderful! I was not crazy about the bathroom layout but it was clean. There was also a strong scent of what appeared to be cigar mixed with cleaning solutions… but I was tooo tired to turn back and ask for a different room. Overall not bad!

Came to a room that appeared clean only to find dry blood on the sheets and hairs trapped under the covers. Dried blood on the towels and an air conditioner that didn’t hardly work. Hallway smelled like mold. Will not return
