We only stayed for one night, barely more than 12 hours. We wanted a hotel close to the airport that allowed pets. It served our purpose and that's all that we needed.

Wife & I came into town for an anniversary date night, downtown hotels were overpriced with extra costs (parking, hotel fees). 15 minutes out of town was worth it, free easy parking no issues with finding a spot, check in 30mins early, room was spacious, clean and comfortable, staff friendly and efficient, everything was modern, hot breakfast was decent and options were good. Glad we chose this hotel over others in area from 3rd party site. Would stay again next time.

The hotel was immaculate and all of the staff went above and beyond.

Aida Sosa at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming to me and my family. The hotel looks brand new. Our room was spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was top notch. And I loved the lobby work spaces. What really put Hyatt Place over the top is that we inadvertently left swimsuits behind and Aida quicker FedExed them to us. Fantastic customer service! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We only stayed for one night, but we found it to be very comfortable. The gym was excellent. There was a convenient continental breakfast provided in the room was clean no complaints.

Very convenient location. Just steps away for the commuter train if you want to go to Boston. Car rental and returns is also walking distance. And it is also connected via the interlinked that brings you straight to the aiport. The room is very clean. Free breakfast is amazing and free parking as well!

Emily checked us in. She answered every question that we had. She was super helpful. The café has a small menu of food and cocktails which was just perfect.

This hotel offers a great breakfast, comfortable bed, and solid exercise room.

First night, my daughter got locked in bathroom. At first we thought maybe she just was turning it wrong, then it happened to me. Let’s just say I know about jimmy’ing stuck doors, this door was STUCK. Had to call the desk and THEY couldn’t open the door, had to remove the hardware to let me out. Of course we wanted a different room, I asked if one of their suites was available, I would pay the difference. Simply NOPE. Nothing available. They literally just gave us another of the same room. No apology, nothing.

This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice.
