Lovely place with very welcoming and friendly staff!

Breakfast menu was totally amazing!!!

This hotel offers a great breakfast, comfortable bed, and solid exercise room.

First night, my daughter got locked in bathroom. At first we thought maybe she just was turning it wrong, then it happened to me. Let’s just say I know about jimmy’ing stuck doors, this door was STUCK. Had to call the desk and THEY couldn’t open the door, had to remove the hardware to let me out. Of course we wanted a different room, I asked if one of their suites was available, I would pay the difference. Simply NOPE. Nothing available. They literally just gave us another of the same room. No apology, nothing.

This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice.

nice hotel, lighting in the room can be improved. it was a bit dark even with the blinds open and all of the lights on.

Stayed here for one night as a short stop on a road trip. This hotel is definitely new and well maintained. So clean (i bring clorox wipes and a black light everywhere and it was spotless). The staff was incredibly friendly. 10/10.

Room was clean but the staff at the desk, especially the women, were not friendly. They lacked hospitality! The breakfast was ok, but not fabulous.

The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time. The suite was wonderful, spacious, and comfortable. The inside pool was a bit cold, but the kids loved it. We had drinks at the little bar and the cost was reasonable. They have pizza, wings, salads, and other foods you can order as well. The breakfast was a bit of a let down and a little unorganized. I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Plenty of parking and very quiet considering your close to the airport and there's trains that run behind the hotel. I would definitely stay again as it was worth the money.
