Very noisy that night

Not a bad stay but the television system they have requires pairing with your cel phone which proved to be quite unreliable and difficult , Given it was a stormy weekend it would have been nice to watch a movie. No maid service, only one bar of soap . Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast . Front desk was friendly but had no knowledge of TV pairing system.

First, the location could not be more convenient. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, but what blew us away was the rental car return—it is literally right across the parking lot from the hotel! Returning our rental car was unbelievably quick, seamless, and stress-free. The thoughtful details throughout the hotel make traveling so much easier. The lobby features a live flight status tracking screen for all major airlines, which took all the guesswork out of our departure time. On top of that, the front desk and hotel staff were remarkably courteous, professional, and went out of their way to offer great tips on the best ways to navigate the airport. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity we needed for a restful stay. From start to finish, this stay took every bit of friction out of travel day. This is officially our go-to hotel for flying out—highly recommended!

Nice and clean hotel. No complaints

Property was clean and breakfast was offerred daily.

The front desk manager is always friendly and welcoming. Arrive late (1am) walking from the airport and had no issues. My favorite place to stay when flying into PVD.

Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to airport and local bus service. Good parking. Landscaping softens the look of the hotel. Very well maintained. Iron Works restaurant is an easy walk with a good menu. Hyatt Place will staff prepare light food - sandwiches, chicken wings, wine, beer … I’ve stayed here several times when arriving/ departing Rhode Island.

Perfect. Clean. Great staff. This is our favorite place to stay near the airport.

This is a lovely hotel connected to the airport. The staff were kind and supportive of all requests. The breakfast was tasty. The physical look of the hotel is not opulent like a 5 star hotel but the staff offers 5 star service. The bed offers a comfortable sleep.

Room was clean. Bathroom had a frosted glass door with a. Motion sensor light light.

I only stayed one day with my family, but it was worth it. Nice, clean room. Good amenities. Close to popular spots. What else can you ask for.
