Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence (Arpt) by IHG

The only single outlet available in a double queen room was on the lamp between the beds and it was so loose, nothing would stay plugged in enough to keep power. The phone in the room didnt work at all so to call the front desk had to look up their number. Lots of grime along the back of the bed when looking for any usable plug ins and the carts for suitcases had single wheels on the front so they tipped easily with heavy luggage.

As advertised

Excellent staff. The building and furniture a little older.

Nice clean room. So close to the airport

This hotel charged $247 for a night. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, breakfast is on styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. The pool is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom. The tv in the room was like a 32” from 2011. Not impressed at all. Only stayed here for one night and will not return or refer friends or family that want to visit the state. Not a well maintained property in the least!

When I come to Rhode Island, this is the only hotel I will use. Cost is reasonable, the location is great, and the free breakfast is pretty good. It has easy access to Route 95 and there are many restaurants nearby.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and the air-conditioning was not too noisy.

The cleaning was great and the customer service. Will stay again if I have to. Great location stores and mall and restaurants are near by. Sorry, but the pillows were too soft. It felt like your head was sinking into the mattress.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Bed was perfect and not flapped out. Room was very quiet as well.

Bathroom was gross. There was mildew in the caulking in the bathtub. The water pressure was extremely low on the 4th floor. The water went from cold, lukewarm, semi-warm, lukewarm, without changing the temp setting on the shower.

Coffee machine worked but they ran out of caffeinated coffee pods for 2nd day. Front desk did not have any either. Toilet seemed to have been made for preschoolers as it was so low. Bed was comfortable, in room refrigerator was noisy. Overall in need of an update.

This property was located close to the interstate which made it easily accessible.

Clean friendly and great breakfast

It was conviently located. Clean, quiet. Front end staff were helpful.

The bed was comfortable.

Very good

Nothing

Property has construction crates scattered all around the back of the building. They look weathered for a future project but should be better organized and covered. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was very nice and spacious. TV was small in size.

Everything went smooth and staff was excellent

This site is run down and not well maintained. No hand sanitizer by the main elevator. Chipped furniture and peeling faux leather headboard. No grout in tile floor and rust mold on outside of tub. The cleaning person was amazing for what she had to work with.
