The sign at the desk said breakfast was served at 6:30am. 6:40am is late.

Very dated. Furniture chipped and peeling. Box spring stained. Bathroom floor grout filthy

This place is a disgusting dirty dump one of the nastiest hotels I’ve seen in 15 years do not stay here no idea how this dump has good reviews it is all a lie

The room was comfortable and fairly clean, although there was a little bit of mold in the shower. Breakfast was good.

It was a decent stay overall- a little bit bit of driving to get to the sites but worth the savings

Very dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor, inside the tub, on the shower curtains. Hair on the bed sheets as well. Very dirty floors. Wallpaper peeling off. Bed headboard peeling off. I’ve never seen a dirtier hotel room before. I would never stay there again. I only spent the night because I arrived super late and could not find another hotel room nearby with availability. I did not even bother asking for another room because that level of filth could not possibility be an isolated event. Staff however was very nice, send me an uber to pick me up from airport since the shuttle driver was unavailable and next day the shuttle driver gave me a ride to the car rental company. Needless to say, I did not try to see what the breakfast was like. Conveniently located close to the airport.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding. The room was clean, and breakfast was hot and on time. Parking gets a little packed later in the day. My only complaint is that on the morning of check-out, while packing to leave, I had a knock at my door 2 different times asking when I was going to check out. Check-out is 11 a.m and this was before 11 a.m. I felt very rushed to get out. I got to the front desk at exactly 11 a.m to check out. I asked the front desk if there was a rush to leave, and she said, "Well... if you're going to check out late, you have to let us know". A side from that, everything else was fine.

Property needs maintenance. Breakfast is too good. Very convenient from airport if anyone looking for it

Clean room

I was in a room with no working toilet. My children were already asleep when I realized it. In the morning, I went to the front desk to let them know. One staff said to the other, the toilet isn’t working in 232 again. The more senior staff came over and said, are you checking out? I have no maintenance person here and we were fully booked last night so there isn’t anything I can do. There was never an apology. I had to ask if there was another toilet we could use and where it was. The customer service was atrocious. The shining star at this hotel was the woman running the continental breakfast, who was hustling around and extremely kind, warm and welcoming.

The bathroom shower curtain was dank and musty and needed to be laundered. The bathroom sink stopper did not work; we had to manually lift the stopper out of the drain to let the water drain out. There was a huge open crack in the tile at the base of the tub. The headboards were torn. There was one coffee cup and 4 decaf coffee pods for a quick coffee in AM. The digital TV dropped /froze out at least 10 times could not change channel or turn off for a few minutes after each time it happened. There was a shuttle to nearby restaurants but there was no driver the night we were there. Pool towels were like hand towels. Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel buffet food. Good point: The coffee in the breakfast area was very good. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The AC worked really well and the room stayed cool all night. We really didn't have any interaction with any of the staff so I can't comment on that. We have stayed in many hotels around Warwick and this was a first for the Holiday Inn Express.
