Sonesta ES Suites Providence - Airport

Going on week two it’s going to be a good hotel after they finish upgrading their property. Staff is great and management are very friendly and maintenance 👍👍👍breakfast is available but unfortunately I didn’t go to breakfast, but it’s like living in your personal apartment efficiency apartment you have stove microwave refrigerator dishwasher it would be nice if they had washers and dryers in each unit then it would feel like home away from home but it’s comfortable and quiet

This feels like a very old property. The room pictures appear to represent the property 15 years ago. Our room also smelled like an old ashtray. I would not stay here again. The service was good, however, and the location convenient and it was inexpensive.

It’s good for a layover only

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and varied by day. The only issue was that pool is being renovated.

Wall to wall carpet was soaked. Bed was full of debris from carpet, Shower had no water pressure at all, front desk said there was construction. The night manager was no show so no one could change our room. Please call us we would like more consideration

It looks nice in the pictures, but it was very run down and the room itself had lots of blood stains and even an unknown pill on the rug. Everything felt dirty and like I didn't want to touch it. It wasn't in a great location. I was glad we only stayed one night. I would stay away from this hotel.

Looks like a Marriott Residence Inn that was purchased by Sonesta AC not working Poor breakfast Gym under reconstruction Grounds not maintained with garbage on the ground Would never stay there again even if free!

The rest of the room was not comfortable all the facilities were closed no pool no gym remodeling I'm sure when it gets done it will be nice I just wish I knew this when I booked it

The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.

Sonesta are usually nice, this is run down in a not so nice area close to nothing.

The 1st room they placed us was clean and I felt comfortable... however the TV was missing a cable so the girl at the desk put us in another room. The 2nd room they put us in looked like it had blood on rugs, the couch had red and black marks all over which is does come off because I used a little water to see if it was stained or just dirty it was dirty they just didn't clean the bed had hair it in.. then I went to the bathroom to find dirt and hair all over that floor i didnt feel comfortable in that room at all. Not sure if id go back again.
