Sonesta ES Suites Providence - Airport

Bed comfortable the breakfast and staff were great. The rest of the room was not comfortable all the facilities were closed no pool no gym remodeling I'm sure when it gets done it will be nice I just wish I knew this when I booked it

The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.

Sonesta are usually nice, this is run down in a not so nice area close to nothing.

The 1st room they placed us was clean and I felt comfortable... however the TV was missing a cable so the girl at the desk put us in another room. The 2nd room they put us in looked like it had blood on rugs, the couch had red and black marks all over which is does come off because I used a little water to see if it was stained or just dirty it was dirty they just didn't clean the bed had hair it in.. then I went to the bathroom to find dirt and hair all over that floor i didnt feel comfortable in that room at all. Not sure if id go back again.

Junkies and homeless people live there A lot of strange men at night

The rooms are clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Enjoy the daily breakfast.

Every thing Nothing

Breakfast was fine. I just did not feel fully safe on the property. Many units were under repair like an abandoned housing unit.

It was ok Didn't like the fact that I asked for 1 hour late and they didn't accommodate

I liked the set up of the room. The space is great. Home feeling It's dirty outside and run down. The ceiling was chipping and cracked. Parking lot was dark in the back corner near 1212.

room was dirty upon check in, no hot water (supposedly the boiler is messed up),terrible customer service, took forever to bring me towels and attitude when i complained about the water being cold!

Clean good location and spacious,quick night there,water could have been hotter and the gym and pool were closed for renovations but it was perfectly good otherwise,would stay again.very quoet which was nic3

I like being in apartment like rooms. The pool is closed and it was not listed on site. I cancelled the room when I got there. I was told that management would accept cancellation due to them not listing that the pool was closed for the season! This is not the 1st issue I’ve had here. These people are money hungry and will find anyways to make more money. I probably will never return back to this location.

I loved that it was like a little home. Having a full-size kitchen was wonderful, even though we didn’t cook anything on the stove. Staff was friendly, checking in and accommodating when we needed more blankets. The only downfall I could say was somebody who was having a party Saturday night and was a little noisy

Stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights spent it with constant beeping from fire alarms as fire fighters searched each room to trace where the alarm was coming from.

Location to Providence convenient Our shower didn’t drain while in the shower. It took a long time post shower to drain.

The double bedroom was spacious. I did like that the room has a microwave and stove. Due to the blizzard, I was able to cook and heat up food. Overall, the staff was really nice. I reserved this hotel due to having no power because of the blizzard. I reserved this hotel for two nights. The TV was not working. I called the front desk over seven times informing them that the TV wasn't working. They reported the call maintenance and informed them of the issue. They told me multiple times over two nights that maintenance was coming to fix the TV and they never did. At one point the front desk stopped answering my phone calls I had to leave my room and go to the front desk. They claimed they called and texted their "group chat" and said maintenance would be at my room in 5 minutes. They never showed up.
