Pet friendly at a low cost, clean room and hotel

I'm not going back ever. This place is garbage.
-

The place is basic, but not updated since 1980 it seemed. And not terribly clean. Check in was late and that was expected, but the staff seemed not well prepared for that.
-
Room was not too clean, no extra blankets or pillows for additional occupant plus no cutlery

When you first arrive there's signs everywhere "No smoking on property", but the first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of cigarettes 😒. We had to use a phone at reception to call for someone to check us in😒. The first room provided was disgustingly stinky like fish. The second room was basic, barely looked clean. Why is this place $175 a night or even 3 Stars. DON'T DO IT. The only thing I will say when we went to change the room the receptionist was nice. No one was there for check out. They don't tell you, so I just assumed you drop the keys in the drop box. They also have a pull down gate for the reception desk overnight😑. NEVER again.

Overall - we needed a place to sleep for 7 hours - and this did fill that need. Other than that - we won't be returning.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything in the room needs to be updated. It says the kitchens are fully equipped but they don’t include dishes plates cups, silverware or any pans for cooking. They want you to buy those at the front desk. Any other suite hotel that I’ve stayed at with a stove top refrigerator, and microwave supplied those items so I don’t consider the kitchen fully equipped. Also the place really needs to be renovated.

Good location, great space. Poor service. The reception desk shut down. I had never seen that. No one to talk to. The rooms had no cups, no personal care supplies, no cups, no utensils or cuttleries. It was amazingly bad!
-
The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!
-
Everything. Police were there for another guest and everything smelled like weed smoke.
-
Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but wouldn’t want much longer. Expensive for one night for something didn’t get use of

The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price.

I won’t get room here ever
-
Close to the airport Unclean Staff were uninterested
-
It was convenient to all attractions Didn’t have enough towels for 2 people Had to go to the front desk to get them
-
Very bad. Not good at all
-
What breakfast? Lobby stunk of marijuana on arrival. Room, hallways, elevator were filthy.
-
location and the staff the room , the cleanliness, and the security
-
Everything was good with the exception of the weed smell throughout the hallways
