Extended Stay America Select Suites Providence Airport

The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!

Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but wouldn’t want much longer. Expensive for one night for something didn’t get use of

The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price.

What breakfast? Lobby stunk of marijuana on arrival. Room, hallways, elevator were filthy.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Our maintenance man was very kind and also apologetic for the room's condition.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk girl was extremely helpful and polite. I was put near a room where there was a barking dog. The tv didn't work but the front desk person was extremely helpful with solving the problem.

One of the lamps didn’t work. The other lights were so dim that the whole room looked dingy. Guests were screaming and swearing at each other in the lobby, and the staff did nothing. We had black mold in the tub. Just outrageous. I went to the lobby and showed them pictures of the filth and Stephanie said she would send someone to the room to “freshen it up,” but no one ever came. The kitchen cabinets were filthy, there were drawings on them, and one of the cabinets had a dead spider in it. No toaster, plates. Pots, NOTHING. There were two washcloths and two small bath towels… no face towels, and no one comes to the room to bring new ones. No one comes to empty the garbage or make the bed. The president of the company should be ashamed.

Price Neither TV worked. This was a disappointment. I wanted to watch Olympics. The sheets didn't fit well and were not good quality.
