Great stay!

I've stayed at this hotel many times as the location suits my needs when I'm in Rhode Island, but I'll reconsider. For years, the property has had a chronic problem with the heating and cooling systems in the rooms, and it's become clear that management simply has no interest in making this repair a priority. Instead, they take it on a case by case basis; if customers complain, they'll offer another room, which for most of us is an annoying inconvenience. I recently suffered through a (summer) night with the thermostat set at 78 degrees which could not be changed.

Was not able to have breakfast had to check out for checkout time due to unforeseen circumstances hotel was not willing to give me a refund back for a room or breakfast out of over $200

Only stayed for one night but given an extended time would chose here no doubt about it

Liz in the restaurant was absolutely amazing for breakfast, she made my Aunt and Uncles stay.

Friendly staff were very helpful. I loved the restaurant in the lobby named Crossings, the wait staff exceptional and very accommodating, while we waited for our room to be ready. Very friendly atmosphere.

A basic hotel used for community based events which makes parking difficult and a lot of people not staying in the hotel. Vending machines were not working and our room faced an outdoor space where they were doing work and we could not open the blinds without our room being seen by anyone who past by. Just okay, very much older hotel vibe.

We have never been treated so poorly.

The shower door is designed so that water leaks onto the bathroom floor no matter what.

Place is very clean and the staff go out of their way to help you. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

easy location the hotel only allowed 2 free bfast in one room even though we booked it for 3 adults.

We checked in very late; the staff were helpful; our room was ready, clean, and very spacious. The airport shuttle was seamless; overall the stay was excellent; we would recommend the hotel to others and would stay again if in the area.

La habitación en general estaba limpia. A excepción de las sábanas y almohadas, tenían cabellos, las sabanas olían a limpio pero tenían varios cabellos. Sin contar eso la estancia fue muy acogedora y agradable.

Closeness to the airport

The room was amazing, great size and comfort. Breakfast was excellent too. I'm a big fitness person and I found the gym and equipment perfect for my needs. If I come back to RI would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone needing to stay in this area.

We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in.

Bed and Rooms were large and spaceous. Plenty of space for our bags Price a little high BUT.....can't complain.

Great staff! Location was great. Parking was a haul as it is a huge facility-but there were plenty of spaces.

We enjoyed our day the room was clean, and the staff was prompt to all our needs
