Clean and comfortable!

The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and it wouldn’t be ready at check in time. We were told to come back in an hour still not ready. My son and I drove 16 hours and he was sick and needed to lie down so I accepted the downgrade. The entire experience was disappointing from beginning to end and I will be reaching out to the general manager cc front desk manager regarding her raised voice and unacceptable attitude.

tThe hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. However skip the restaurant st the hotel. The food was not very good at all. The breakfast very bad quality. So do not get the ectra option fir breakfast on your reservation. There are plenty of separate restaurants right across the street.

Definitely worth the price. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Picture reflect what the hotel actually looks like. Only complaint was the elevator was slow but honestly that wasn’t a big deal.

Property and room were clean but very industrial looking in the rooms. Not much color - lots of concrete. Staff was friendly but no free coffee. Be prepared to pay $4.50 a cup. Parking is across the street in an unsecured lot and they charge for you to park overnight.

A very nice stay. Beautiful hotel, kind staff, the housekeeping team was wonderful!

Offering good meals until 10:00pm is nice for those of us who are not able to get back to the hotel until later.

A very typical establishment with basic amenities and a renovated mill vibe. Concrete walls look awesome but definitely a tank smell throughout. Staff was nice. Fine place for a quick pit stop but nothing we would intentionally come to for vacay.

It was very good hotel but the clean room was not top for the restroom and making bottle of water every day

The hotel was super clean and room very nice. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant terrace the cherry on top! Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located right next to the mall, restaurants, and a brewery!

The staff were always available and very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. Lots of hot water in the shower.

In addition to being incredibly humid, our room was lacking a mini-fridge which made our travels inconvenienced.

Hotel was excelent. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant and terrace were a plus we enjoyed having a drink on the terrace. Parking is very convenient and plenty of parking. We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed for more. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. The front desk was amazing. The lady that check us in ( sorry I forgot her name ) was phenomenal. She was professional and smiling and had a great sense of humor. This hotel is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay

I gave this hotel 4 stars because the front desk experience could be improved. The woman who checked us in was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which left a less-than-positive first impression.

Lovely quiet setting, easy to get in & out of, clean room with a nice design. We enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room very clean, the esthetic fir the room was prefect. Mall a block away. We would recommend.

Staff was fab. Stayed one night in the penthouse which has a large balcony overlooking the parking lot. Space was nice but a deep cleaning was needed. Walls need to be cleaned off and shower deep cleaned.
