It was such a pleasant stay. The hotel smelled great, was super clean, and the staff was great. I also loved the comfort of the bed and the spacious shower

Great place was very nice and clean

I liked the location and that it was in a fairly former mill / industrial building. Check in took a long time, but they was due to a temporary technical issue. The parking was across the street, which was somewhat inconvenient and at an additional cost, not previously mentioned. I wish the hotel had a few more amenities.

My husband and I stayed here for one night from Saturday 8/29 through 8/30. We enjoyed our stay however this hotel will make me ask one continuous question everywhere I go from now on - “is there a wedding happening this weekend that will prevent me from using the restaurant/amenities?” After a long drive , my husband and I love to hang out at our hotel bar and restaurant when we first get in. It was the main reason I picked this hotel because I wanted to try the dinner via Instagram. When I called on the way to ask how busy dinner service was going to be - the lady told me she can’t predict how busy it will be and I said ok, I’ll just show up and wait for a table. Well, she forgot to mention there were two weddings happening that night that I wish I knew about. I understand that these things can’t be helped (a sincere congratulations to all the married couples) but it did put a damper on our trip. We got back later on and there was no parking on the side we were told to park. Cass (who was extremely pleasant and accommodating) told us to park on the other side. I expressed my disappointment to Cass and she was nice enough to give us something in return - she took the parking fee off but unfortunately the hotel still charged me for it as I look at my statement. It was a nice stay but the rating would have been 4-5 stars had it not been so incredibly busy. Shoutout to Charlie at brunch! Appreciate you!

Nice hotel, however, rooms lack ventilation so they get extremely humid. Rooms have a large rug that get very moist and nasty. Front desk lady on 8/31/26 around 6/7PM was rude and unfriendly.

It was an ok hotel, but for the price I was expecting more. Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting. One chair in the room, I didn’t like sitting on the bed eating, but when there is only one chair and my husband was sitting in it I didn’t have any other choice. It was like there was a fee for everything, no free breakfast. The website was a little misleading, makes you think your getting more than you are.

Comfortable and clean

Beautiful blend of industrial and boutique styled hotel with a great bar and restaurant with a patio- close to PVD. Wishing i could have spent longer than one night there...

The pictures online were what sold us to book here. The staff and services however were poor. They did not care that our AC unit leaked all over the floor next to the bed soaking the carpet and the kitchen downstairs was so expensive for the low level quality food. Front desk staff were unprofessional. They cared more about getting their smoke breaks than welcoming new guests and helping out when asked.

I booked a king bed suite, but didn't receive it. It addition the shower was bubbled it felt like I was about to fall right down to the next floor.

It was a nice hotel a bit too industrial.

Bathroom was pretty much open in the room, Keurig was dirty and pretty much unusable

This property is so clean. Your chef and waitress Grace went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this property. The location is quiet and relaxing.

Could not order an $18 omelette though I prepaid $23 breakfast. Could only order the $8 and $10 dollar options. Could not get a refund in that. Gym has no towels. No water. Empty fruit bowl. Check in staff rude. Restaurant terrible. My advice…. Don’t bother. Horrible treatment. Pic of my medium rare steak.

Clean room, friendly staff, great restaurant, perfect environment for a couples night out/stay over.
