This property is so clean. Your chef and waitress Grace went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this property. The location is quiet and relaxing.

Could not order an $18 omelette though I prepaid $23 breakfast. Could only order the $8 and $10 dollar options. Could not get a refund in that. Gym has no towels. No water. Empty fruit bowl. Check in staff rude. Restaurant terrible. My advice…. Don’t bother. Horrible treatment. Pic of my medium rare steak.

Clean room, friendly staff, great restaurant, perfect environment for a couples night out/stay over.

Property was very nice furniture was alittle scuffed

So happy we found this gem and would definitely stay at The Loom again. The only negative was the parking. It filled up very quickly due to being totally booked.

System was down when I got there, checked me into a room that already had someone in it. Then the fire alarm went off 3 times! I didn’t sleep well

I love the fact that this was once an old mill. The industrial look inside had so much character. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and the view overlooking the Pawtuxet River was lovely and serene. I highly recommed this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Perfectly OK hotel if traveling and need something near Providence. But upkeep and cleanliness not on par with similar level Hilton chains elsewhere. Room was not very clean, and despite looking recently renovated shower grouting needed a refresh and toilet handle in the bathroom kept malfunctioning. For price and location, not a great option.

No complimentary coffee or anything

I loved that I was greeted with wine for my stay with my sweetheart! The room was beautiful. The shower felt great. It was nice and clean, etc. The only thing I didn’t like was having to park across the street. Everything else was perfect!

Hotel provides excellent value. Staff was very helpful—especially Kassie and Tashia at the front desk.
-
The hotel was overall very good with free self-parking. We stayed in a nice corner room overlooking the river for about $275. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waiter was exceptional, I'm sorry I don't remember his name, and the food was very good. We went elsewhere for breakfast as I didn't want to pay $50 for breakfast.
-
Also be prepared, parking is an additional $12. When I originally started coming here there was no parking charge, about a year ago they began charging.
-
The view was incredible and the staff were friendly.

Beautiful and unique property. Spacious rooms!

The property was very nice. The restaurant food was very good. The staff was very nice. However, our room was not cleaned for the three nights we were there. After the first night we let the front desk know and got clean towels. The next day clean towels were left in the room, but room was not cleaned. Happy to provide pictures. We were reimbursed $50 from Expedia. The hotel only gave us HH points which I told them we do not travel enough for us to use them.
-
I like the overall design of the hotel and rooms. The staff was helpful. The check-in process was too time consuming and they have recently begun to charge for parking which was included in the past.

Please redo your feelings and wall. I felt like I was in a jail cell the entire night. Having the plumbing from the room above us coming into our bathroom was unpleasant as we heard their bowel movements passing through each time they went. The temperature on the shower was very hard to regulate. I was thankful my daughter was not with me as she would’ve been burnt very easily. I called for four towels received two. Then upon checkout, I was told that other people had charged their dinner to my account and was not met with the most graceful experience and trying to resolve that it wasn’t until I encouraged a police report that suddenly something was done. As a Hilton member I do enjoy staying at the Hilton, but unfortunately, this one just might not have been the best. And your sewer vent outside was very smelly.

Great stay
