Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Can see why this is a popular solo travel stay.

Everyone was friendly i felt welcomed and safe When using the washer and dryer card option wasn’t working and i didn’t have quarters but one of the residents was able to give me some so i appreciate that

Room was dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Don’t show up 40min early, because Kim won’t check you in until 3pm on the dot. Bed and sheets were clean, but dusty and dirty. Pubic hair in the bathroom. Oh and don’t set your clothes on the rack over the closet because that’s dirty also.

The location was bad for me people are smoking in front of the door and cursing . What they show on line is not what you see.

Very outdated. The carpet was old and stained in the room. Everything was clean but the room was old and unwelcoming. I was thankful I was just sleeping there for an event I had down the road. I wouldn’t want to spend time in the room. Most places give you a bottle of water or coffee in the room, but there wasn’t anything except for two plastic cups. I would not stay here again.

Clean place and spacious suite with a little kitchen area. Good location for a stopoff from I95 No coffee maker in the room, and free coffee downstairs was not hot or fresh and no unsweetened milk or cream available. I know it seems like a small detail, but to this traveler, it made a good stay just so-so.

Just an old fashioned hotel that was clean and ok for a one nite stay.

Nothing Everything…it failed on all human senses…looked and smelled bad. Old rooms Gave me the impression the place was being run on a shoestring budget . The laundry room was littered with trash on the floor lint balls everywhere it was horrible no ice machines two empty ice trays freezer. Yeah

Good location to the airport. Staff was friendly on check in. Cleanliness. I stayed in room 105 and it smelled like it had been a smoking room for many years. The entire hallways smells like an ashtray as you walk down it. This hotel needs a total renovation or just make it a smoking hotel.

They should put lights on the signs of the hotel. It was easy to miss the hotel because there was no lights on the sign…. too dark.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly

All good. Clean, quiet, well maintained & well staffed.

The only real negative was the place was under construction and noisy. People are living there here fulltime. There was loud noise from several people living above me . They acoustics are not good as their walking sounded loud all night on my ceiling. It needs better sound-proofing. However, I would stay at Extended Stay again because it was a good value, and I finally figured the maze of streets to get into the hotel.
