Rooms had lot of dust and dirt on the floor. Fridge and stove top were terrible. Staffs were really good and helpful

Breakfast could be more. Only complaint

The room was clean and had plenty of towels to use. Had to wait almost half an hour to check in because there was no staff at the front desk. When the staff was there you could hear them talking and cussing while they talked. The were not very friendly.

Many extended hotels. This One had Nothing in the room. Bathroom door handle was Broken front desk said Ok never Did anything. Place had an animal Oder we had to buy spray. Will never Go back The whole experience was terrible

Calm and quiet AC. Which was the best and important part. Virtually never anyone at the front desk. Lots of appliances in bad shape and run down. Not worth the price paid.

The breakfast was not offered & non existent. People linger in the stairways & no security in the hotel. No utensils in room, I asked for a coffee cup & was given a plastic cup & told it works in the microwave! I will Never stay here again.

Overall the outside appearance was clean which is important to us A lot of people hanging outside specifically inside their vehicles, which was a little bit unnerving. Numerous people smoking pot in their rooms, which spewed out into the hallways kids making a lot of noise, running up and down the hallways real late at night for some time. I called the front office to complain and they said they would take care of it which they must have because it was quickly addressed, which we very much appreciated

Lady at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was dirty. Bathroom toilet was disgusting. If it hadn't been so late, we would have left. Price was way too expensive for the situation.

I stayed here for my birthday in January had an amazing time Stayed over the weekend and had a terrible experience. I had stains on the chair and stains in my bathroom. I had to wait over an hour to be checked in after my cousin and I found her in the housekeepers closet in which she still said give me few minutes when we already waited an hour. A guy in front of us stated that he left his key in his room in which she stated to him “I’m not going to be making keys all night for you all” my cousin my self and this man were all of black decent. The next day I wanted to make a complaint and again no one at the desk. I needed some linen for the room that I thought didn’t have double beds but I stand corrected. I went to get linen and to which I called the front desk I said “hello can I please get some sheets- before I could get anything else out she said “you need to come downstairs and get it “ so I did and she asked me to bro g my old ones down but I didn’t have any and she huffed and puffed and slammed the linen on the counter. She was rude she was unprofessional and she needs to be fired. She has red hair and a piecing on her lip

Good value. Clean but looks tired & worn. Dilute coffee - like dark colored hot water

Quiet and comfortable Bathtub wasn't well cleaned.

The floors were stained and dirty and their were many different odors including cigarette smells, and food smells, in the hallways and room.

Great location and reasonable prices.
