Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

Great place right at the airport. Very nice rooms and amenities

We paid $300/night to stay in a room that smelled of urine, was not clean, had horrible springy mattresses, was loud, no blackout curtains and in desperate need of updates. Staff wasn’t friendly, but they weren’t rude either. I would not pay more than $100/night to stay at this hotel

Waitress at breakfast was very sweet I thought the price for the room inc breakfast was too high. We booked room 30 mins before we arrived

It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!

No luggage carts. Tiny pool with no locker room with shower.Had to beg to get one extra pillow jut so each guest could have two.Way overpriced breakfast $17 for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and didn’t even come with home fries.No vent fan in bathrooms.Bad coffee.

Convenience to airport was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

Was going to stay longer but went across the street at Hyatt where the beds are better, breakfast is FREE, staff is friendly , great front bar area and have better food. Since this hotel went franchise it’s gone down hill. Just cheaper people who own it

Clean room and staff are very professional. Missing seeing Tristan at this location very nice individual. Dorsey was pleasant as well.

The shower had a bottle of hand lotion instead of conditioner, maybe staff can't read English?

It was easily accessible. Good amount of parking. Updated interior Nothing.

Clean, great staff, beds were a little on the harder side but besides that the stay is worth it!

There is a restaurant, Iron Works in the same building,

I used room service for the restaurant inside the hotel, it was called iron something. The food was amazing. They also delivered alcoholic beverages, which were perfect with the meal.

Your facility is well cared for and your help was fine as well. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK.
