Very clean and well maintained

Room: The workmanship in the rooms was unfinished; window shades difficult to operate, Ice machine not working on our floor. Furniture doors didn't stay closed. TV didn't work and was not fixed as promised. Limited parking lot lightning.

I reserved a queen accessible room as I have a need for an accessible shower. This reservation was made one week in advance. When I arrived to check in the front desk clerk was very busy and very flustered. When it was my turn to check in I was informed that the requested room was not available as I had just booked it that day. I was given a king suite which was nice but had no accessible shower and no shower chair was available, which left me unable to shower.

The bathtub was clogged and I didn’t like the smell of the room. Plus one of the bed smells urine

Room was very dirty, wallpaper had mould on it, peeling from the sides, lights in bathroom didnt work, floors were filthy in the room and the fridge was missing, asked to change rooms and they had nothing available till the next day. Changed rooms the following morning and even then the floors were still dirty, the sheets were stained and fingerprints all over the mirror.

The room was adequate. Nancy front desk attendant was very helpful and accomodating in that she made an impromptu arrangement go smoothly Breakfeast is always outstanding and adeqiate! I’m an early riser and eat a robust Breakfeast daily! Room temperature was good seeing we were in a four day Heat Wave and I arrived on the 3rd day! I enjoyed my stay!

Both tvs in the room didn't work. Front door lock didn't work house keeping had to let me in every time I leave the room.

I was very disappointed to arrive to find the pool was closed, since this was the main reason for choosing this hotel, aside from price point. As I was still 30 min from my intended destination and could have stayed closer. My room was okay. The window shade was broken and the bathroom had visible mold on the walls and ceiling. The smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night. We thought it needed a battery. My husband went down to the front desk. The two gentlemen there were not familiar with what my husband was telling them about the detector beeping (also English was not their first language). One of them came to the room and attempted to replace the battery but it was still beeping. He kept trying to put it back on the wall but was having difficulty and my husband kept telling him it’s still beeping, can he just take it and go, it’s the middle of the night. After about 20 minutes he did leave with it. Breakfast was okay, your typical budget hotel continental.

Nice Clean room. Staff was helpful

Very clean and staff is great. Only complaint is the pool was not available to use. Overall still a solid 5!!!

Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it.

I didn't use the pool or the gym so I cannot comment on those. Overall the experience was good. And if you're looking for a place to sleep and shower for a very reasonable rate (that is also very close to the airport) while you're in town doing something else, this is not a terrible choice.

I was charged for smoking in my room I don’t smoke my son was lefted behind he kept going outside to smoke so I was blamed for the smell of smoke I wasn’t there I had to go to work

In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. Hotel staff stated that it could not be served due to "technical issues." This was a significant factor in my booking decision and was not disclosed prior to arrival. The combination of the unsanitary room conditions and the failure to provide advertised amenities substantially diminished the value of my stay.

TV was not working, Remote was missing. 1 person from front desk was nice otherwise very bad experience. Main part POOL was not working.. they didn't notified us when we check in. kids was very upset... we check out right way and request my money back . GM was not really helpful. didn't come to us or explain things. Please don't book this hotel if you have kids. its near the Airport. not good location

Pool and hot tub area were closed for repairs which was disappointing. Next morning we went for breakfast and there was no hot food available also due to some issue with the kitchen. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and breakfast included and we got neither of those. I doubt we will return.

The property was clean but the pool was closed and the kids were bummed. On Father’s Day they didn’t have hot breakfast which was very disappointing.
