Hampton Inn & Suites Providence/Warwick-Airport

Very clean and staff is great. Only complaint is the pool was not available to use. Overall still a solid 5!!!

Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it.

I didn't use the pool or the gym so I cannot comment on those. Overall the experience was good. And if you're looking for a place to sleep and shower for a very reasonable rate (that is also very close to the airport) while you're in town doing something else, this is not a terrible choice.

Location was close to the zoo Floors were sticky, trash was never emptied even though we were there three nights, pull out couch was broken and non-useable, bath tub was clogged, and there was no hot breakfast for entire stay.

I was charged for smoking in my room I don’t smoke my son was lefted behind he kept going outside to smoke so I was blamed for the smell of smoke I wasn’t there I had to go to work

Super close to the airport Pool was closed

The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful, the location was convenient. The pool wasn’t working, the breakfast was only toast/waffles, the tub did not drain, the sink faucet wasn’t secured, the phone jack was ripped from the wall and the thermostat was barely covering a gaping hole.

In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. Hotel staff stated that it could not be served due to "technical issues." This was a significant factor in my booking decision and was not disclosed prior to arrival. The combination of the unsanitary room conditions and the failure to provide advertised amenities substantially diminished the value of my stay.

Comfy bed Misrepresented amenities. Booked this hotel because they said they had a pool/spa and continental breakfast. Got there and was told the pool has been closed since last August and there will be no hot breakfast. Awful stay. Bathroom was dirty as well. Fridge removed

TV was not working, Remote was missing. 1 person from front desk was nice otherwise very bad experience. Main part POOL was not working.. they didn't notified us when we check in. kids was very upset... we check out right way and request my money back . GM was not really helpful. didn't come to us or explain things. Please don't book this hotel if you have kids. its near the Airport. not good location

Pool and hot tub area were closed for repairs which was disappointing. Next morning we went for breakfast and there was no hot food available also due to some issue with the kitchen. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and breakfast included and we got neither of those. I doubt we will return.

The property was clean but the pool was closed and the kids were bummed. On Father’s Day they didn’t have hot breakfast which was very disappointing.

The staff was rude at checkin and did not believe I was an adult even after having my ID for checking in. The room was very dirty and it seemed that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all since previous guest. I stayed for 2 nights but switched to another hotel for the second night. Will not stay at this property again.
