Very clean and close to restaurants and the ballpark Loved everything

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Valet parking was absolutely amazing. I booked a room with a king bed and ended up with a queen. There was one employee who worked the desk at night that would get hateful with my fiancé because he would ask questions as to where ice machine was, etc. There were not a whole lot of channels available on the tv. There was not a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive.

Front desk staff was horrible. Felt like I was forcing them to work. No eye contact, no greeting , no nothing but deer in the headlights look. Very strange experience and due to that i will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others. That's sad because the front desk is what guest experience first. Other than that, my room was very clean .

The property was very clean. The staff was so hospitable! Ubers were quick to arrive! The rooms were comfortable and the air quality was clean! The noon check out was super convenient and the staff held our bags for a few hours in their baggage room so we could go for one last frolick on the line scooters and explore the city before we headed to the airport The rooms do not have balconies but there is a rooftop bar. The restaurant has a lot of furniture piled up and it’s kind of an eye sore.

Check-in was wonderful they assisted with whatever we needed if I had questions where anything was within the city they helped us get to that location any restaurants with outside the hotel they let us know if the food was worth going to while their restaurant was closed within the hotel when entering into the lobby they asked if there was anything they could assist with the stay was pleasant overall

The staff was excellent. My air conditioner system needed repair.

Rooftop only for restaurant; bring bottled waters; ice machine on 4th floor which if u can only take elevator not stairs and u need your room key. Beds were great; room was good; water pressure ok. Great location to baseball stadium

Hotel staff was very nice. We got vip vouchers but when went to use them they were only good for 1 sitting. So I have 3 vouchers that I really couldn’t do anything with. Convenient if going to the nationals game literally 2 blocks away.
