Room was clean and location was great

Clean. Well maintained

The first room smelled so much of air freshener. It was almost disgusting then our toilet clogged and they couldn’t get it unclogged because the previous visitor had flushed a bar soap. They changed our room immediately and that room did not smell as bad The sheets were clean and that’s what’s most important but if you really take a close look, things were not clean There were stains on the cushion of the couch and both rooms. There was something on the headboard, which I don’t even wanna think about. And if you look really close, like in the corners and places where counters meet the wall stuff just wasn’t cleaned properly It wasn’t that the staff wasn’t good but the front desk lady just wasn’t friendly I know we can all have a bad days, but that’s your job to greet visitors with a good attitude So on a whole, it wasn’t awful but I’d rather visit a more modern hotel next time

No bike racks, but staff told us we could use the barriers by the coffee spot on their porch. Tables outside could use a morning wipe but maybe low staff. Might help with coffee bar patrons. Overall nice location, next time I will check out the pool.

Very accessible location to the Ballpark metro station. Close to all of the restaurants and bars.

Hotel was great! Clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast expensive but extremely good. 😊 only thing I would change is the shower head to work properly and have betterpressure. Other than that, it was a great stay.

When I checked out, it took the front desk person over 20 minutes to check me out and print a receipt, I nearly missed my Uber to the airport.
-
Unfortunately, they gave me keys to a suite that was being painted when I opened the door. They did not have any other suite available that I reserved so I did not stay there. I don't intent to ever make reservations there ever again.

very convenient location in a nice walkable area and close access to the Metro. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful.

The parking arrangements are absolutely terrible. The staff is not friendly, not helpful, the parking garage that is part of the hotel is small, but mostly just poorly organized and barely staffed. The hotel itself is in good condition although the bed was so firm we barely slept. The staff downstairs is not helpful and if you ask for anything you are interrupting their social life. They would rather be on their phone than help you.

Great location! Super close to the ballpark. Staff was extremely helpful!

There was no coffee shop , no candy story, no restaurant. Each day we had to take uber to the Panera for breakfast and eat at any local restaurant available. What good is a hotel with just a room? And it was freezing at that…in the navy yard? I will prefer the Thompson.. has more to offer and its centric…we not stay there anymore. Sorry. I like hotels with charm. There is no charm here..

The food selection was very limited here. And this hotel did not serve complimentary coffee, but they did give out free water and small Gatorades due to the extreme heat during the July 4th 2026 weekend which was nice. Our room was really nice, it was clean and spacious!

No place to eat after breakfast by the bar.. big negative for us…

Awesome
-
The air conditioner was working but incredibly noisy. We got in late for one night stay and didn’t feel like hassle of asking to move. If I was staying for extended time I would have needed to change rooms

Area was smooth and food options nearby.
