Residence Inn Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard

Very closely situated to the ballpark and the metro. The staff was very kind and efficient. Valet parking easy but on the expensive side.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the Metro station just a 4 minute walk away. The continental breakfast was top notch every day, make sure to take advantage. Clean gym and laundry room on site as well. Don’t pass this up if you’re traveling with family, especially

The breakfast was mediocre. Poor quality bagels and English muffins. Ran out of chocolate milk. Coffee needs improvement.

Told me they offered parking. Arrived and was told they did infact not have parking. Even better was i called them earlier that day to confirm when I late checked in parking would be available.

There is a valet service on site, but it's not run by the hotel. There were no spots available when we checked in and were told to use Spot Hero or just drive around until we find street parking. That is not what I expected at all! Very frustrating after a long drive and not being familiar with the area to now have to drive around in the dark looking for parking. We eventually got into a garage a block away but it was not a great start to the trip. The rest of the trip was great, though! The location is very convenient to the stadiums, metro and Navy Yard waterfront. The daily buffet breakfast was nice and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We picked this hotel for the 1 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room even with the sofa bed open the whole time!

Very nice just in a busy location

Also if you get to the hotel anytime when a ballgame or concert lets out it can be a nightmare. Thousands of people along the streets and in front of the hotel. Forget trying to enjoy the bars or restaurants around the property. Parking is also an issue. If you dont pay the ridiculously high parking fee to have them park your car theres nothing even close to park your car at.

The staff was great. Very helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff kept things clean which I appreciate. The valet was very crowded but they did a great job and kept things moving.
