AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard

Unfortunately my room experienced a number of issues. The TV only got 2 or 3 channels while the rest were scrambled or unavailable due to a weak signal. When I tried to call the front desk to report it, I discovered the phone in the room also didn’t work. And I noticed the light in the shower didn’t work. I reported the issues at the front desk shortly after checking in. When I returned later that afternoon the light had been fixed but not that TV or phone. Al I mentioned it once more at the front desk, however when I returned from dinner, nothing had changed and remained unchanged until I checked out the next morning.

The staff “Victor” was exceptional. He was low key, calm, and helpful. The room was beautiful and roomy. The only issue I had was with the charging ports being outdated.

Nice modern and clean room. Small lobby area. Walkable neighborhood and not far from the stadium and nearby bars and restaurants. Whole Foods located across the street.

The staff were awesome, the room was great and clean. The restaurant on the roof top was great. My entire stay was awesome and close to everything. I’m definitely booking again.

Loved this hotel!!

Amazing staff

Walls to thin kept hearing knocking on doors

The experience at the hotel was good. Staff at the front desk were friendly. The hallways smelled a little moldy and when we requested a clean, the bathroom wasn’t swept. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Nice, clean hotel.

Exceptional

Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to many restaurants within walking distance and it was nice to have Whole Foods across the street.

Really good desk staff, clean and safe property. Valet parking $63 a night.

I like everything about the hotel and location was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always available! Valet was super fast too! All around great stay.

Superb

It was a really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Nats Park. Also a 10 minute walk to the White House. I couldn’t find any breakfast tho

Overall great property. Clean, modern, friendly staff. The only downsides were that the room picked up a lot of noise from the hallway and that one of the bed frames was wobbly.

The restaurant was good upstairs but was VERY pricey for drinks. I would not recommend it.
