Nice place overall. Kids didn’t like the pool…

Room needs upgrades and staff was rude at breakfast and front desk. Only one manager was nice and vallet staff was nice.

Loved the front desk staff. Both men helped check us in and gave us tips for the area. Room was great. Continental Breakfast area was clean with decent choices. The pool was very cloudy and not clean. Overall would stay again.

Breakfast closed at 9am….they blocked it off

Room size and bed comfort. Breakfast was very poor with all processed food just put on buffet. Second thing was the parking. I was specifically searching for a hotel with parking. It is listed that the hotel has parking, however when we got there we got to know it is only valet parking with additional 60 dollar nightly charge and no other option besides that. With that cost we could have had a much better hotel or at least one where parking is included. I would not mind if the charge for parking would be few dollars per night for guests, but 60 is just too much.

Convenient location. Clean. Quiet rooms. Lots of hot water. The breakfast choices. The small maintenance issues - broken toilet tissue holder, the non-working socket in bathroom, the broken face basin stopper, the smell of sewage in the closet, the non-working dishwasher.

Location is fantastic and I would not hesitate to stay here again anytime I visit DC.
-
Excellent location to the Ballpark, restaurants and historical sights. Room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We reserved a suite with two queen beds through Expedia, but Expedia sent the hotel a reservation for a suite with only one bed. The hotel staff did everything they could, but Expedia’s customer service was a nightmare. We spent nearly 4 hours of the first day of our vacation trying to fix Expedia’s mistake. Even after admitting it was their error, Expedia kept putting us on hold, suggested we switch hotels instead of honoring the room we had already paid for, and wasted even more of our time. In the end, they told us to pay the difference ourselves and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Unfortunately, Expedia never reimbursed us and simply ignored our follow-up emails. The hotel deserves 5 stars for its outstanding customer service. Expedia, on the other hand, almost ruined the first day of our vacation. This version keeps the focus on praising the hotel while clearly explaining that Expedia—not the hotel—was responsible for the problem.

Good location for Nationals Park and Metro. We found the property to be clean. The staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. A bar on the rooftop deck would be great. Breakfast was a little frustrating because it was only from 6:00 to 9:00 so everyone seemed to come at the end. They should extend it to 10:00. Valet staff was quick and friendly.

I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It was convenient to everything I needed in the city.
-
All the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
-
Our 5 night stay was great! Everything was clean (very important to me) and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was plenty spacious and breakfast was amazing every morning.
-
There was no light.
-
Lovely staff very friendly - excellent reception staff
-
Overall, the stay was good and the hotel itself is clean and well kept. The power went out in part of our room and it was not dealt with. The room was warm for two out of three nights and the fan, lights, outlets and TV did not work.
-
Full power never restored over the 2 additional days. However, all of the above notwithstanding, clean hotel Great Location, helpful front desk if you have questions/concerns
-
The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful are the plus sides to this hotel. Unfortunately its location is opposite the Bull Pit which is very noisy until very late evening and a parade of revving motorbikes and cars in the evening. Breakfast was poor and served on paper plates and using plastic cutlery everyday......not very eco friendly and not nice to use everyday.
