Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff were all wonderful.

Also, the hotel is near to a place where they will be having live music EVERYDAY. Please consider this when you are booking a hotel.

We were family of 6, 2 plus 4 children . We loved the rooms and location . Breakfast could be a bit better and the pool a bit warmer . Otherwise perfect . Thank you!

We absolutely love Miss D. She was the nicest desk clerk we ever have come in contact with and we travel extensively. She was pleasant, kind and extremely helpful. She’s a keeper. Hey Miss D we loved you!

The Hotel was great. The location amazing. My only complaint was the pool. I feel like the maintenance wasn’t 100%. The water was cloudy and they compensated by adding extra chlorine. They also turned off the light in the middle of the night which affected the AC and the appliances. I booked this hotel because it had a full kitchen. I have a kid on the spectrum which means picky diet. I traveled with food and it went bad when the electricity went down.

Location is great as surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants and local shops. Literally across the road from the Metro, so can get to all the sites very quickly. Hotel itself was very modern and new. Room was massive (2 bedroom queen suite) and had loads of room for 4 of us sharing. Was more of an apartment really. Breakfast was amazing. Loss of variety and a great hot option every day which changed, plus the usual parties, cereals, coffees and bagels etc. There was even a nice guest mingle event on the Wed night with free drinks and snacks for 90mins. Really nice touch. Roof top terrace also nice with great views over Washington and loads of places to sit and chill.

The staff were very friendly. However, we had a problem with our rooms AC. Maintenance did come to fix it in a timely manner, but the room never got cooled so it wasn’t fixed. Nonetheless, we made the best of it.

Shower was dated and needed repairs. Spout was loose from wall

Room needs upgrades and staff was rude at breakfast and front desk. Only one manager was nice and vallet staff was nice.

Loved the front desk staff. Both men helped check us in and gave us tips for the area. Room was great. Continental Breakfast area was clean with decent choices. The pool was very cloudy and not clean. Overall would stay again.

Location is fantastic and I would not hesitate to stay here again anytime I visit DC.
