Staff was excellent! Very welcoming, most imitated conversation. Front desk was nice and easy, breakfast staff was excellent. Location was nice! Room 514’s shower needs to be fixed. Unable to adjust water temperature. Always was extremely hot.

Great proximity to Nationals Park and metro! The indoor pool was NOT heated!! Why????? An indoor pool is very important to my 7yr old lol.

Very nice place! Close to the ball park and we were able to check in at 12 instead of 4!! Thank you so much! Will stay again.

breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and helpful , my kids and pet was super happy , heated pool amazing ,just let front desk know to turn on the heat for the pool . Very close to facilities , train station across the Hotel . Amazing roof top view , loved everything highly recommend . i loved everything! no complains

Comfy clean room with excellent staff and service. Breakfast above average.

We stayed 5 nights and everything was great the staff are the best Mo was so helpful and also we love Debbie definitely would pick this place again when we visit DC again.

MOE at check in was the best. Great personality.We joked about being from NY. Erika at breakfast was great also. She made sure the guests had what they needed. The security guys were really sweet and checked on us.The rooftop had amazing views and the music from across the street gave us party vibes. The girls from NY will be back.

Unfortunately for the hotel I will never drive here to stay again as they damaged my brand new vehicle and when told the valet it was damaged they lied and said it had to be done prior to our stay but it’s funny they actually put the bumper that was broken off in the back of our vehicle so they knew they had done it. The hotel is great but I’ll never park here again

Always love staying here as it is so close to the stadium for concerts or games that we travel to DC for.

Room was fine. Put a family with a dog in the room beside us. Dog whines all night.

All the staff, from valet, security, and the front desk, were great humans!

Exceptional

Excellent location! The shower had fantastic water pressure. Staff was friendly. Private parking noted on web site was available only via the expensive valet service. This was inconvenient at times. I don’t mind paying a parking fee but would have preferred to have access to the car at my discretion. Also, internet service was almost non existent in the room. We had to leave the room to complete internet searches.

Room was very clean bed was comfortable everything met my expectations The indoor pool wasn't clean and they staff told me it was heated pool and the temp of the pool just wasn't working

Everything was as expected and we truly enjoyed our stay.
