My weekend staycation was wonderful, the staff was A1 10 out of 10. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name who checked me in but she was awesome. Lovely was top tier!! Her welcoming energy and helpful nature was wonderful. The room was clean and cool, a bit small but perfect for a single traveler or couple. I will definitely recommend a stay at the NOMA location.

Overall, was a great hotel to stay at for a few days. I enjoyed the tech focused amenities of the room, and the lobby and common areas were very welcoming. Staff was amazing and helpful during my entire stay.

Modern design and comfortable environment. Very polite and assisting personnel. Automatic check-in is not that user-friendly and still requires a person to assist.

The place was clean and all the common areas were kept up The staff is horrendous. The place seems to run like a fraternity rather than a hotel with the staff behaving as if you are imposing just for being a guest. I doubt I have ever seen people who are this ill tempered in the hospitality industry

Very good for a solo business traveler. I prefer the pod-style rooms, with no wasted space. I had meetings on the Hill the entire time I was there, and this was the perfect base for what I needed. The breakfast is a highlight. A true buffet breakfast, I was able to enjoy quality bagel and lox each morning, alongside fresh fruit and genuinely good coffee. It's my favorite spot to stay in DC.

The pillows were full, the sheets remained cool throughout the night, the blanket had a slight weight to it and it also stayed cool throughout the night. I really loved the bedding. The rest of the room was tech and my husband loved that too. I had to leave.
