I really enjoyed how clean and comfortable the property was. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, and the whole property had a great atmosphere. It was also in a convenient location for everything we wanted to do Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I disliked about the property. Everything was great during our stay.

For the last day of my leisure trip to Washington D.C., I checked out around 9:30AM but then wanted to explore the city further since my return train was at 7PM. The staff kindly accepted to hold my suitcase in a safe room at no additional cost, which made my day! The shampoo & body wash combo and the body lotion were all subpar. There was also no body washcloth (luckily I'd brought one). My expectation for this grade of hotel is for good quality shampoo and body wash (separate), hair conditioner, and body moisturizer.

Loved the hotel room even though the room space is not that big but it was just enough for me and my partner. I don’t like not having a microwave in the room but got over that. The hot water we were having a problem with not knowing how to get the water hot we figured it out on our last day.

The location was close to the metro which was very helpful The room was designed well and was comfortable to use For 3 nights out of 5 nights we didn’t get the room cleaned up although we requested it.
