Awesome stay in DC. Just what I needed for a short trip. The hotel was super chic. The room was small but clean and modern. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the location was great - very walkable. Would stay here again!

This property is perfect for a solo traveler. The rooms are small but the property is filled with character, and numerous ways to interact with others. Additionally, the property provides a variety of ways to work or relax outside your room with multiple workspaces and nooks to read or sip a drink. Also, let’s not forget the easy to access restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, cafe and alcohol beverages. When traveling alone, I will definitely seek this property out.

I’ve stay at this chain before but never this location. Upon arrival, I informed the lady at the checkin kiosk that they were only charging me .50 for parking and she said that’s because parking closes at 10 PM and it was a little after 9. She said if you are going to be leaving the property before 6 AM you should be OK. We said that was fine because our flight was early and we were planning on leaving at 5:30. We get outside at 5:30 am the next morning and our car window was broken and everything was stolen out of our car, I counted 4 cars with broken windows. When I informed the people at the bar area early that morning their response was oh we didn’t hear anything. I asked is this normal? They said yes we get a lot of break-ins but we didn’t hear it. My husband had gotten an alert on his phone about 4 AM that something was wrong with the car, we looked & saw the car was still parked on the side of the hotel, long story short the lady that checked us in knew where we parked and she never said move your car to a different location because they break into cars. I did not find out until the next day that this was a normal thing and they knew it, so we missed our flight. Our trip was completely messed up we had to pay $700 for a window to be repaired. The police never showed up and I will never stay at this location again it’s not secure, I should have known this wasn’t the area to stay in when I saw the security guard sitting in the hotel lobby, If you drive do not stay.
