The staff were amazing and genuinely kind. We were made to feel appreciated by everyone.

My stay here was not good. I stayed here from July 28th until August 4th and my room was only cleaned once. I complained on numerous occasions and still nothing was done. I also had problems with the a/c not working for hours. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was wonderful. Good location. Good for families. Breakfast was delicious with may choices. The hotel itself needs to be upgraded. Old furniture and things do not look/feel clean. With a remodel or a few upgrades we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was easy to access, communication was good, friendly staff. It would have been a great stay, but unfortunately the hotel needs a lot of work done. Our room ceiling was scraping off, the mattress and sofabed were worn out and stained. Sofa and floor were stained. The bathroom had only 1 sliding door, water came out to the floor. The mirror was peeling off.

The entire building needs an update and repairs. The hallway wall on one floor had been repaired with duct tape, and work was being done near the pool the one day we would have been able to use it. I cleaned up a simple water spill on the couch which left our towels very dirty, not just water came up. The plus sides we could find- staff was kind except for the one who made me feel like it was my fault for not having curtains. Breakfast was good. And despite a lot of police activity, I felt pretty safe in the building and appreciated the doors being secured.

Hotel was great except for the elevators. They were terrible with wait times up to 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was amazing.

Cockroach in room, wallpaper falling off walls from what appeared to be water damage (fan blowing on it), terrible smell, staff moved us 2 rooms away from infested room

I booked through Hotels.com, as did my friend. We thought we booked the same level room. But when we checked in, we asked for our rooms to be next to each other. They said they were different price tiers (which I don't know how) and they didn't have any availabilities to upgrade me to be on the same floor as her.

The staff were amazing

The place is well past its prime and very run down. Customer service was poor. If you needed something like extra blankets, you had to go down and get it yourself. The blankets had holes in them as well. Housekeeping was done poorly and haphazardly. It was also crowded with breakfast time being a daily nightmare. Was not a pleasant or relaxing stay.

Breakfast was fresh and plenty of options. Did not use parking. Hotel could use some updates. Staff was awesome!!!!!

Great property, nice room, close to a subway line. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. I recommend!
