We had a lovely stay at The Morrow. Our room was ready early, which was convenient for us. The valet and doormen were all quite helpful, and since we were their for our son's wedding, we had quite a bit of luggage! We were greeted promptly by the congenial desk staff. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallways were quiet. About 35 of the rooms were occupied by wedding guests and we did not hear any complaints.

Nice place “overall”, but definitely needed some work and cleaning here and there. TV was about 5-10° off level in the bedroom. Front door to the hotel didn’t close right because the door hit the floor. Table in the room hadn’t been wiped clean as I saw cup marks from a previous stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and the amenities are great. Also very convenient location with stores, shops, restaurants and the metro right there.

Too many unknown fees going in. Parking was $65/night leading to a $195 charge at the end of the stay just to have my car parked and never moved. Then was charged $90 for a “parking tax”. Ridiculous. Will not be staying with Hilton again.

From the welcoming front desk staff, the restaurants, the gym & yoga room, the cleaning staff, well appointed room, this hotel checked all the boxes. Added bonuses are proximity to NoMa Metro station (2 minute walk), and every necessity is available within 5 minutes walk in any direction from the hotel. It had a very chic vibe and the guests were very international and cosmopolitan. I will definitely be back next year.

One of the best experiences ever, I will return. The location is perfect and the STAFF are even more helpful. Everyone was kind, respectful.

room look just like the picture, very clean and beautiful hotel, loved the area and how a lot of places were in walking distance, valet was great and allowed us to have more free time because we didnt have to look for parking every night, house keeping very friendly and helpful, would stay again

The rooftop should be open longer on the weekends until 1am. For the room extra toilet paper would be great and lastly menus in the room for room service.

The hotel is nice! However we had issues with the television not working. They did offer to move us to another room, but we declined so they gave us free valet.
