Property was in a convenient location, although our room was right next to the train which you could hear all morning and night. Staff was friendly. Our room had a few problems, cracked tile in our bathroom that was moving, some unfinished paint, and a light that could not be turned off unless you unplugged it.

No desk in room, but overall a nice hotel.
-
Very clean and modern. Super friendly staff. Will definitely stay again

Specifically, Cheney and Gabriella provided exemplary service, ensuring all aspects of our stay were meticulously handled. LITERALLY the only con was how hot the lobby was. I know it was pretty hot outside, but it was strange to walk into a warm lobby while coming from the heat. However, that does not take away a single bit from the overall amazing stay, STAFF, and room! This hotel will more than likely be our hotel for future visits.

Good place . We all like. Thank you
-
Excellent location but breakfast was expensive and not really good.
-
Not a 5 star hotel, also next to the train tracks. Its an okay hotel

If you choose to stay here, carefully review your bill and monitor your credit card charges before, during, and after your stay. My experience left me feeling that guests are not treated fairly when it comes to billing. I expected better customer service and clearer communication from a hotel of this caliber. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here until they improve their billing practices and customer service.

He essentially helped plan my entire birthday weekend and made sure our trip was truly memorable. He and his staff went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. The room, hotel, and restaurants were immaculate, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I loved exploring Washington, D.C., but our hotel stay was truly the highlight of the trip. Thank you again for making my birthday so special!

My favorite place to stay in DC. The location, it is clean, and the staff is great. 10/10 I will always recommend The Morrow.

The price of lodging was too expensive under the circumstances of the hotel
-
I loved the location as well as the staff was very helpful will be back!

Great property, well located in a fun, walkable DC neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in a little early. Room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. The Moet vending machine was a fun touch!

I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this hotel my check-in was on Saturday Friday afternoon l called spoke with a lady explaining that l would be arriving to the hotel earlier than originally expected she said l could do early check in Saturday comes around l get there at noon as we discussed the lady at the front desk tell me my room is not ready and l will receive a text when it is ready already frustrated because that is not what was told to me on friday my sister and l give them our bags and head to brunch we arrive back to the hotel at 4:09 after the hotel check in time which is 4:00 go back to the front desk our room STILL IS NOT READY at this point we had been waiting over 4 hours to get into our room when l expressed this to the front desk the lady had the nastiest attitude as if she was the one being inconvenienced saying that our room was still being cleaned and had to go under an inspection once cleaned so she gives us another room that was already cleaned honestly speaking l dont even think it was the room l paid for it was smaller than what was pictured online when l booked called back to the front desk to express this concern lady tells me l should take the room l was in because the one l paid for wasnt much bigger my stay at this "luxury" hotel was awful and as a Hilton honors member l wouldve expected to be treated with a bit more niceness than what was given to me l have more to say but l am currently running out of characters DO BETTER MORROW HOTEL
